Absolutely the best. I needed a repair or replacement of my back roof. They came, inspected the situation. explained what they found and what was their recommendation . I hired them (Their estimate was about $500 less than other contractor quotes. )The crew arrived on the appointed day, worked the day replacing the roof and gathered up carting off every bit of debris. I endorse the company 100%.

Started out getting a quote to replace my roof, but the sales rep said I have at least 5 years left, but the vent cap could be replaced. Told them no hurry, so just squeezed in when they could. Did exactly that and the roof looks nice an clean. Perfect job.

Had the siding replaced on one end of the house. The crew led by "Sully" had some extremely hard to reach areas and yet did it well. They also had very hot and humid weather. They did the work on time and cost and were very professional. They also installed gutter guards. I would hire them again

They remove the old shingles and installed new one the same day. They clean up all around the house and left the property clean. Did an excellent job and my roof look great. The salesman was very knowledgeable and personable as well as the projet manager.

Did a roofing replacement job on short notice just before a snowstorm. Showed up at the time promised and performed all the work specified.

I did not have a project completed. I had arranged to have an estimate created. Jared was assigned to the project. My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday morning at 10am. He had tried calling the day before to rechedule for an earlier time. I was not aware till I contacted the scheduler on that Sat at 10:08am wondering where he was. Jared called and informed me that he left me a voicemail yesterday (friday, i didnt answer since i was working). He preceded to explain he was at my house around 9am. He took the measurements. I have two dogs, and had anyone wondered into my yard i would have known. i asked Jared why he didn't knock on my door. His excuse was they dont like to intrude and they don't do business like that. I guess Jared doesn't like do much business at all. If you have a scheduled appointment and you see a full driveway, why wouldn't you knock on the customers door and introduce yourself as a representative of the company you work for? If i am going to commit to paying $9,260 (the actual estimated price he sent me) I want to know exactly what is being done and why, i want to speak to someone in person. Obviously this didn't start off on the right foot. I don't feel Jared even came to my home. I live in a double wide mobile home and the measurements are easy to find via online resources. I saw no fresh footprints in my yard, and had a vehcile approached my home and just sat thier for a few minutes my dogs would have shown some kind of clue that something out of the norm was going on. If he did come to my home, he should have knocked on my door which is what i was expecting in the first place.

There were a few issues but they were corrected by the company.

Rick at Southers him and his crew did a great job I would highly recommend them professional and courteous

Replaced the plywood and asphalt roof in one day. Cleaned up everything when done.

They arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished.

My only complaint would be communication. Once my project was scheduled, I was not informed of expected delays and rescheduling. Due to a rainy season, projects were delayed which caused my project to be postponed but I was not informed of the the new date.

I had a small job that took months to get done. Perhaps they give preference to bigger jobs based on their good ratings? I wouldn't use them again.
