Email or call, they can usually provide a fuel fill within a few days in my experience.  Pricing seems competitive however I wouldn't consider them the absolute cheapest.  They allowed us to send in a check when we weren't home.

I have used Midway Oil to supply my home heating oil for at least 10 years. I deal with Charlie at the office and Paul on the road - both men are professional, friendly, trustworthy, and do whatever it takes to take care of me! I usually call the day before I need my tank filled, and they are there the next day. Midway's prices are competitive for the area. There are larger companies in my area, but I like to support local and family business when I have a choice - because I appreciate that human factor in smaller businesses that is so often lost in this technological age. And with Midway, I get that extra care and attention that I don't get from larger companies. I can depend on them when I need them, and get service with a smile too.
As an additional note, I also had a new oil tank installed in my basement a few years ago by an independent company referred to me by Midway, and Midway checked the tank and connections during and after filling the tank to make sure that everything was ok (the independent company did as well). Put simply, they treat you like they would treat their own family - you are not just another number to them.

We have been using them for 8 years, since we moved here. They are reasonably priced and they give you a discount if you become their regular customer. They are prompt too. If you say you don't know how much longer your oil is going to last, they will try to come out that day if they can. They don't charge to drain the oil from the pilot light. They deliver to you. You mail or give them a check when they come. I let them come in if they need to and I am not home.
