It's important for people to realize that you may have unhealthy carbon monoxide levels in your home even if your detector is not going off. Headaches can start at 5 parts per million (ppm) and your detector may not go off until 150ppm! IndoorDoctor has testing equipment better than your local fire department"

The tech who came out was very thorough and professional. He discovered a problem with the CO2 levels in my condo, and advised to leave a window open at all times. This helped immediately. Highly recommended!

Highly professional and reputable company. it all begins with who answers the phone... I made the initial call and talked to John who listened to my concerns (trust me in detail and more than once) he went out of his way to accommodate me ASAP due to my safety concerns. He made sure to address a potential parking issue and pass this info to the certified technician. Abraham was amazing from start to finish. He showed on time ( and even texted and called me that he was on his way). He provided his credentials. He listened to all my concerns, viewed and smelled everyone of them and wrote a detailed report which I was then able to give to my landlord who initially refused to believe there was any mold of consequence in the apartment. Indoor Doctors doesn't provide remediation. I chose them partly due to that-in an effort to assist with my landlords refusal to believe me. They also use an independent lab. they asked and the lab was able to push through the results for the next day and i was immediately notified by Jessica of the results. Which i passed on to my landlord who still didn't care to believe me. Due to Abraham's thoroughly detailed work, written report with ultimate findings (including the lab report) , the landlord was then compelled to hire her own company to come in. The company that the landlord used only further validated there is a toxic black mold issue that needs to be addressed! While I appreciate the company that the landlord used may also be very experienced, and they were there for the landlord not me, they do not appear to have any certified credentials behind their name or be over seen by and Environmental Engineer who also looks at the results ( and hey had contact with me too!). The guy that came spoke down to me and was quite rude throughout the evaluation. I am more than happy to provide the landlords tester information to anyone who asks. now that i know more than I ever want to about mold toxicity, I highly recommend if you have any symptoms of it you get your space tested, as well as prior to renting or buying a place!
