Jim was very friendly and comical. His work turned out great and he made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. He fixed a sagging beam, a leaky pipe, and a rotted door sill and he saved me thousands on the final repairs.

Jim has worked for us for 15 years and all his work is the best. We have recommended him numerous times. We hired him to do numerous improvements to our old house including new exterior doors, hardwood floors, bathroom renovations and kitchen renovation. He even made improvements to the carrying beams under our house, a job no one else would do. We then hired him to complete the finish work on our new house and even consulted with him on its' design. I can't recommend him enough.

Jim is reasonable and professional. I called him regarding a project to repair damage to wood on patio caused by carpenter ants. He told me that this was a major project and that I needed a contractor. He works alone. So I hired him as a handyman. He did an excellent job and I have other smaller projects for him.

I have to say Jim truly surprised me. I needed a bunch of small jobs completed quickly due to putting my home on the market. He came to do an estimate and was available to start the next day. When I first met Jim, I was a little skeptical that he could do everything he said he could do. Not only did Jim do the work, he did it well and he did it in the time frame he told me he would. He is honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I plan to hire Jim again when I need things done at my next house.

Couldn’t measure correctly, underestimated the job.and asked for a tip too make up for it. Repaired my toilet with a $5.00 part then clogged it with his apple core...then had the nerve to ask for 100 additional dollars. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Came up with a practical quick fix to frozen drain pipe during a period of high demand for services
