Avoid at all costs. They will do everything in their power to avoid paying your claim. They sent out a 3rd party adjuster to look at the damage to my boat dock, the adjuster had no idea what he was looking at and claimed the damage was from "rising waters". I live on a small lake, I have pictures of before and after the storm event. This made zero sense and Concord Group realized that. So they pay an expensive engineer to come out just to avoid paying the customer that has loyally paid them for years. The engineer denies the claim saying the dock wasn't installed right. The manufacturer backed me that it was done correctly (not that I needed them to tell me) and the dock has been fine for 3+ years. My father's also an engineer and laughed at the report. Not only that, but several other docks on the lake were destroyed the night of the storm. I guess we all "installed our docks incorrectly." Concord Group just blindly ignores my written dispute to the report and says sorry. I wouldn't let this company insure a fortress, let alone your property.
