hardwood floor
+ -1 moreI hired him to refinish the floors in one small room, approximately 100 square feet. He showed up on the day that he said that he would and then returned on consecutive days to complete his work (applying the additional coats of urethane).
Description of Work: Steven assessed the quality of the hardwood floors in our new house. I wanted to refinish them while the house was empty if they needed it. He advised me that the floors in the house were in great shape and that only one small room (that wasn't done by the previous owner's during the last time the floors were refinished) needed to be redone.
