He did not come at the arranged appt time or day so I called for another time. He arrived at this appt and said the refrigerator motor needed to be replaced. A while later, when the motor came on again ( and he had left, saying all was fixed), I noticed the noise was still there! I called back several times before Phyllis, who manages the phone, finally called me back and scheduled another appt. By now it was Fall, 2015, After waiting weeks and making several calls to find out where the motor was, he returned and put new motor in and immediately left without obviously checking to see if noise was gone.
