Heating and Air Conditioning Service
NRG Heating / Fuel in Derry NH is the absolute worst.. It has been over 6 months to install a heating/ AC system that was told it would take only 3-4 days back in September… By Dec all parts were in the house and for the last 5-6 months it has only been excuse after excuse of why they can’t complete a job they said would only take 3-4 days. Not to mention the owner talks to his employees like dogs ( and we are dog owners and lovers- no offense)….belittling them in front of my kids and us all to hear ….screaming down from the attic to the basement. “ Shut up Shane…..All I want to hear out of your mouth is yes of no …do you understand me …now do it” Biggest mistake ever …Be Aware !!!! don’t make the same mistake we did …
