I used bathfitters to renovate my bathroom in a very old house in Henniker, NH. I was really amazed at how prompt they were and how they took they time to explain what they were doing. John,Joe & Hunter truly were patient and helpful when explaining to my 81 yr. old aunt. These three were super professional and did a great job removing the old tub and other fixtures. We previously had Bath Fitter replace our tub/shower and were greatly pleased with the outcome. This time we replaced the shower in the guest bath. It looks fantastic and all done in one day. Installers John and Joe along with Master Plumber Mike were great - very professional and left everything spotless.

Needed to be redone 100% due to the tub not being leveled correctly, walls and ceiling peice not being edged correctly among other details. This resulted in a four-week delay with an unfinished bath in a home with only one bathroom. We could use the shower but the sink and floor had already been removed and could not be installed until the bath tub area was completed. The end result was what we were looking for but I feel as if the owner should have compensated us in some way. I did a follow up email to the owner and he never responded. Not good business.

It's been great. The work was done quickly. The efficiency of the process is what stood out to me. The price felt reasonable to the work that had been done. He felt more like a consultant than a sales man. This was the second time we used them.
