Mark walked around my house with my husband and determined the leak was mom related to AC issues. Since he did not perform any services, he insisted on not billing us for the home visit! AMAZING! He was professional, prompt, and knowledgable. We now have a plumber for life! Thanks, Mark!!!

I would use them again, there was a small drip after he left and he came back to fix it a few days later, when talking to the owner he seemed a little put out by coming back, but eventually was fixed, the plumber that did the work was very professional and did a nice job, the drip was hard to detect and he agreed when he came back it was leaking and fixed immediately.

The leak stopped and has not returned.

Exceptional response and punctual.  Performed the job in timely response.  We are happy with the results.

Mark was fabulous!  I called him yesterday (on a Sunday) and he promptly returned my call and scheduled the service call for the next morning.  He was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable.  He was careful of my property, clean and explained the issues involved.  He worked hard and repaired numerous problems I had.  He did a wonderful job on everything and charged an extremely reasonable rate.  I would highly recommend Mark to anyone.  He is very professional and was willing to take on additional jobs that I didn't identify initially.  I will be calling Mark again to replace my water heater.

Website down.  I called and he said he would have to call me back and let me know when he could come.  I told him I was home today but wouldn't be able to be home until the following Friday if that would work for him.  He said he couldn't possibly schedule out to next Friday.  I asked if he was saying that I had to wait to see when his schedule would allow him to come here and then I would just have to be here then, and he said "pretty much."  I said that won't work for me.  I thanked him for his time and wished him luck.

Would rehire again because Matt was a PRO.

The service was wonderful.  The response was prompt, the service was professional and friendly, honest and efficient.  Not only did he fix the leak, he installed 4 turn off valves.  We have some major renovations we want to do and will definitely use this provider.  I would recommend the company to anyone!!

When I called 10/23/13 I let them know what I needed and that Wednesdays were my day off. This is the day I usually schedule appointments for unless companies work weekends. That option was not offered.
I was told by "happy home" that they could come today but not sure of time because little jobs are a fill in for others. I told the person on the phone that this was important, and if it was too small a job for them, to tell me so I could arrange for someone else. They said no, we think we can do it.
 By 3P they had not shown up or even given me a phone call. Having other things to do if they weren't going to show, I called and asked are you coming? The guy said actually" we got busy..." So I asked what does that mean and if they weren't coming why didn't they call? He then asked me "well it's up to you, what do you want me to do?" They knew what I wanted done and it was obvious they lacked respect for others who work. I don't want someone in my home who lacks courtesy and the honesty to say 'we just aren't interested in your job."
I don't write a lot of reviews but hope this helps others who don't have a problem when a company doesn't want your job but has waited all day long for nothing.
I'm so dissappointed because I've had good luck with Angie's list but now I notice only 6 of the good reviews are from 2013.

Of all the plumbers we contacted, he was the only plumber who responded quickly.  I needed to contact other plumbers several times and didn't always get a quote.  As far as work, so far so good.  Mark is very punctual and polite.  He starts early and works until he's done.  Very accommodating and cleaned up after his work.  Mark had some great suggestions of different products to use that were quality made. He still has to come back and finish some of the work, as he had to wait for placement of windows before he could cut in the water lines and vent pipe.

,when I first contacted Mark , wemade an appt. for a job estimate.He was very prompt. Two weeks later he started the work.he showed up on time  each day to do the job.All three days that he did the work  he was very professional, courteous and prompt. I am very pleased with him. I would recommend him highly.

The service was flawless, and we have not any water leaking since.  Very efficient start to finish!

Punctual, Professional and reasonably priced - I couldn't ask for more.

(Mark was prompt and very professional.  He explained things as he did them and why he did them.  After the sink was installed and the old traps and drains removed, Mark found the mounting ring of the new faucet was not mating properly with the faucet body making the faucet set at an angle.  After discussing the problem, Mark suggested a solution and implemented the solution-removing a small section of the mount ring to permit the parts to properly set together.  If Mark had not found a solution either the faucet would have been had to set at an angle or wait for a replacement only available on line.
This is truly a Happy Home owner more than pleased with Happy Home Plumbing.

I called on the 17th and received a call back almost immediately.  HHP came to the house a couple hours later to diagnose the problem and then returned this morning to fix it. The service was prompt and efficient.  We'll definitely use Happy Home Plumbing and Heating again and would highly recommend to others.

Thank you to Happy Home Plumbing & Heating!  This morning I had my first shower in our new home that had consistent water temperature and improved water pressure.  Its great to rinse my hair in seconds rather than minutes.  Thank you as well for letting us know about a safety hazard in our home that we will surely be contacting Happy Home Plumbing & Heating again to help us resolve.  Mark is courteous, informative and professional.  His prices for services are very reasonable and he went above and beyond to explain our situation to me since I know next to nothing about plumbing.  Would definitely call again for additional services!

Early 9/5 I checked my basement and found nearly 1-2 inches of water.  Thinking it was due to recent heavy rains, I began the clean-up.  I had noticed that a portion of the cellar that 'never gets wet' was indeed wet.  Further inspection resulted. I could hear water running in the pipes.  Thinking that some miscreant possibly turned my outside spigot on, I zeroed in on the noise.  Unfortunately it was to my water heater.  Apparently it had let go since the previous morning and had been 'running' (trying to re-fill) causing the flood.  I shut off the supply and went to Angie's list. 
I found two plumbers close by left a message at the first and spoke with Mark Boucher of Happy Home Plumbing and Heating.  He promised to send his son 'right down'.  Matt Boucher arrived within 20 minutes.  He was friendly and professional.  He said he could do the work immediately and the price would be the same ans his father quoted me over the phone.  I wrote a check and Matt returned within the hour and began the work.  Approximately 2 hours later, he was done and I was back in business.  Matt did a great job at cleaning up and even offered to remove an electric hot water heater I had removed from service 20 years ago.  He took both - all by himself.
Happy Home truly contributed to making my day much happier.  Sadly, I still had clean-up to do with the water.  But at least I knew I could take a nice long hot shower when I finished.  Thank you Mark and Matt!
Special note: I did check to see if both were licensed professionals in Massachusetts (since they were from NH).  They were.  I had checked their license status at the Division of Professional Licensure's website - check a license.  www.mass.gov/dpl

My husband and I are buying our first house.  After our home inspection, the inspector had some questions and concerns about the plumbing and heating system in the house. We called Happy Home Plumbing and Heating  on Tuesday and Mark was able to schedule and appointment for early the following morning.  We were appreciative that he made the time to get into the house in a timely manner since we are under a strict deadline.   Mark arrived early to the house- before both us and the realtor - and once inside looked over our areas of concern.  He visually examined and explained the different components of the boiler, oil tank and the lines.  He happily answered all of our questions and gave us his honest recommendation as to its condition and the type of service and maintenance that would be required.  He also was able to recommend a full service heating/oil company.  With the plumbing system he gave a few recommendations and estimates on cost but by no means was pushing any products or services on us.  He spent a little bit more than an hour with us in the house and his professional opinion helped to alleviate some of our initial concerns.   We were so impressed that we offered to pay him for his time and expertise and he refused explaining that the estimate and inspection was part of doing business. Mark will be our first call for any plumbing or heating issues in the future.

They are excellent. They have done maintenance work on toilets and replaced some toilets in my home. A friend told me about them. I will use them again.
