Outstanding!! 
Being a new homeowner, I was completely surprised and shocked at the level of apathy many contractors have to their customers.  Not so with Lance Phillips.  He cares about what he does, takes pride in his work, and makes his customers understand that their satisfaction is his primary concern. Out of several contractors that I had contacted over the past couple years, Lance Phillips was, by far, the most responsive.  He always returned our calls/voicemails, usually within 24 hours, and even followed up if we didn't get back to him right away. 
When on the job, he always was arrived when he said he would, and would inform us when he would be leaving and returning.  He was very good at explaining the small details so that we understood the value of service we were purchasing.  When the job was finished, he would explain in detail what we had to do as homeowners to maintain the driveway, often offering his services to perform the needed tasks if we didn't want to take on the responsibility ourselves.  Excellent communication!
When it came to the workmanship, Lance and his team took their time to do an outstanding job.  Over the four day period they worked, I could tell that they took great pride in their product.  I was amazed at how hard they worked, but still were able to smile and laugh. The end result was a beautiful driveway that should last a lot longer than the original.
They cleaned up everything when they left, and even offered to touch up some extra things they had to move to do the job (sod, bricks from garden, etc).  My wife and I thanked him for the offer, but agreed we would handle that ourselves.
There are other contractors out there who offered to do the same job at a lower price, but after this experience, I highly doubt they could have matched Lance and his team with results.  If I ever need concrete work done again, I won't bother to shop around.  I'll be calling Phillips Concrete Construction.
