+ -1 morehe was rude, disrespectful and had no regard for my loyalty to the company over the 12 year span. when i told him that i would go to his competition or cancel my accounts his response was that is your choice, you are choosing to cancel your accounts. I told him that i needed a 9 day extension on my payment because of the financial hardship i was in, he was rude, insensitive and calous.
Description of Work: i had been a 12 year customer with an excellent payment history and the manager refused to give me a 9 day extension on my accounts, even though he knew i was having a bad financial month.
