The work was done on my son's place. When we asked for an appraisal, he was over within 15 minutes to check out the job. The estimate was given with a time frame. Both were quite reasonable. He got the job done when he said he would, kept in touch with my son, and my son was very impressed and satisfied.

They are definitely new and sometimes their communication with one another can be lacking resulting in some small work being skipped, whit that said they put their all hearts in to their wok, and it was a genuinely great experience.
