A friend who previously lived in Nebraska was back in town for an emergency. His 21 year old daughter had been in a serious car crash, and a day and a half later ended up dying from her injuries. Devastating. The day after she died, while my friend was still in town making funeral arrangements and coping with his horrific loss, his truck died late in the day. He managed to get help getting the truck to Woodhouse Lincoln, and was feeling like God and the universe were piling on.
I emailed the service center late that evening, explained what had happened to my friend's family, asked if they could please apply any discount coupons that might be available, and asked them to get in touch with me about helping out with the bill. Service Manager Jamie got back to me very first thing in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, advised me what the total would be, and then proceeded to offer to cover the lion's share of the repair if I would cover the new battery. There was not a moment of hesitation on his part, as he understood what a horror it must have been for my friend to lose his beloved daughter.
He ended up calling my friend when the repair was complete, and asked where the truck should be delivered. My friend said he would need to come to the shop to take care of the bill, and Service Manager Jamie told him, "You don't need to do anything, you've got friends." He didn't take an ounce of credit for his own part in this blessing.
I love my friend and was glad to help out. The Service Manager didn't even know my friend, but he recognized an extraordinarily hard situation when he saw one, made an incredibly generous contribution, and shared the news about the bill in the classiest way possible. I am sure he is a great service manager, but more than that, he is an amazing human being. God bless that man for his kindness, generosity and understanding! There's a special place in heaven for people like that.

I take my car to the dealership. They were fine but it took a long time, like first they said it would take an hour and it almost took 2. I had a couple of filters replaced and I assume that would take 5 minutes but after the fact now that it takes much longer. I told them that they should have advised me about that before they offered to replace the filters that it would take them another 45 minutes. They are fine, no complaints. I would give them another shot.

They are very good. They always give a sheet with anything checked on if it needs to be done. They come and talk to me about it and see if I want it done now or if I want to wait if it is not urgent so they are very good about that. They are not the cheapest but not the highest.

Service manager was very cordial on the phone and set up an appointment for the same day. We were running late and called to let them know, he said we were about 10 minutes away so pull up to the service bay and someone would be waiting; AND they were! The key job went very smoothly and they were pleasant throughout...not a hint of the customer is an inconvenience like some shops. Only slight downside was the near $50 labor for making the key but I'm not sure how involved that is. $80 for the key out the door.

I am thankful that I made the trip up to Woodhouse in Blair to by my first used truck. I had looked all around the metro for a good extended cab pickup with under a hundred thousand miles on it and had no luck. Not to mention many of the other dealerships I visited in the metro had no concept of truth, tact, or courtesy. When I went to Woodhouse, I was greeted when Jeff Callahan opened the door for my wife and I. Immediately, he asked us exactly what we were looking for and found it in his computer. I'm thankful for the fact that he only showed us what we were looking for and nothing that was close, or just right but a couple thousand more than what we had budgeted. Before we knew it, Jeff had someone pull up the first F150 we were interested in. He let us take it for a test drive immediately and was sure to point out the flaws in the truck. By the time we were back, he had already had the next F150 pulled up and ready to go. After driving the second truck, we knew it was the one. No rust, 77k miles, and the extended cab we were looking for. We ended up trading in our 2006 Ford Fusion and the Blue Book trade-in that we thought it was worth. When it came down to the deal, Jeff was reasonable in his first offer, allowing us to negotiate a deal quickly and without hassle. By far, Jeff made this the most pleasant experience I've ever had while buying a car. All in all, I will never buy a truck from any other dealer now that I have experienced how Woodhouse treats their customers. Jeff and the rest of the employees at the dealership truly made buying a truck a no-stress and memorable experience!

Mazda minivan was slightly shuddering when braking, took in for evaluation. Mechanic diagnosed rotor problems very quickly and then evaluated if the rotors could just be filed down or needed to be replaced. Mechanic explained very clearly why he would recommend replacement and new brake pads. Work was finished only a few hours later - slightly earlier than promised. Very happy with work.

I've done a great deal of business with Woodhouse through the years and this was the second time I had a negative experience. In the past three years, I trusted what they told me, but lately the quotes have been curiously high, so I've been checking around. I do believe they do good work, but I would call several shops for quotes before settling on their price.

Very professional staff. They always keeps you up to date with how your car repairs are going and how long you will have to wait. Woodhouse found all the problems with the car and repaired them. Car is like new again. Added touch, provides free car washes to all customers.

They seem to treat their customers well and even though our work is covered under a warranty plan, their prices, from what I can tell, are reasonable. Their customers generally seem happy enough too. We bought the car from this Mazda dealership and we have been happy with the car.

I have no problems at all with Woodhouse. They have done very good work for me over the years. After repairing the brakes, everything seemed to be fine. The squeaking was gone and they were no longer pushing to the floor at all. The service is speedy and the workers are very professional. I am sorry to say that I do not remember the price for this service because not long after that, I had to replace the back brakes as well. I do not want to disclose a price if it may be incorrect.
