In general, the quality of the materials were good to excellent. But, here's a word to the wise - - the timeliness and professionalism of the service needs major improvement. I don't see this contractor lasting in this competitive business.

These guys were on the ball! They called first thing in the morning after my request and immediately came out to do the roof estimate. The work was completed in one day and there was virtually no mess! I highly recommend Premier Exteriors, LLC!!!

This is the best experience I have had with a contractor. He called me within 24 hours of my request, provided an estimate within 24 hours and completed my job with 48 hours. The communication and clean up exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this contractor to anyone I know who needs exterior repair. It is so refreshing to not only have a contractor return your call, but acutally show up and finish the job. My 'very good' ratings extend to excellent.
