It went well. Vincent was a joy to work with, very friendly and professional. He did show up a little later than the 2pm-5pm quoted window, but that's kind of to be expected when you have the late afternoon appointment window. The price seemed high for what was ultimately a 15 minute fix, but I guess you get what you pay for as the overall experience was great.

Outstanding service. Darren (sp?) was on time and ready to get my ice maker fixed. Very professional, told me exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. And he idi exactly what he said he would and the ice maker is working like a charm. He gave me some great advice, dealt with my two large dogs like a champ and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend Nebraska Home Appliance for all your appliance repair needs. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed!

They were on time and the dryer was repaired.

The replaced the slider of the top rack of the dishwasher. It works for a bit and then no longer rolls the whole way out. They keep trying to repair; we believe its a manufacturer defect on this machine.

I called Nebraska Home Appliance to set up an appointment to have one of their techs install a water inlet valve in my dishwasher. I had diagnosed the problem and purchased the part, but could not get it installed myself. Mind you this was a $20 part directly from GE. The call taker at the service department was friendly and said they could install my part for me. 

The tech arrived on time and was very friendly. I told him about my problem - dishwasher not filling with water, and that I believe it was the water inlet valve. He said he would "take a look". The tech merely started the dishwasher and verified it was not filling with water. The tech then installed the part and checked to make sure the dishwasher was running. I was surprised when he told me the bill was $150 and that was with a discount for being a previous customer and supplying my own part. It is my fault that I did not ask for an estimate for the service, but I never imagined it would be so high. When I asked for an itemized receipt, all I got was a receipt for the total amount and that he had installed the part and told me one of the water shut off valves under the sink may need replaced. The tech thought this since he thought it was not completely shutting off but did nothing to verify that. 
I will not be using Nebraska Home Appliance in the future without first asking for an estimate of the cost. I am upset with myself for being naive to think I would not be so badly overcharged.

The man who came to our house was courteous and helpful and will check back in with us next week regarding our parts.

They were easy to make an appointment with and showed up on time. "Josh" was pleasant and professional. He even wore protective covers on his shoes to keep my floors clean. He examined the appliance, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts in less than 20 minutes. I will have it fixed in a couple of days when the parts arrive- by the same person who diagnosed the problem. I was pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.

Great The young man was very courteous and friendly. Completed the job and cleaned up after and left. I could not have asked for any better service.

We encountered no problems. They came at the end of the day which was very convenient for us. We have had problems with this dishwasher drawer a few times and had it replaced by other companies. The serviceman from Nebraska Appliance offered a tip to prevent it from breaking. They had the replacement drawer with them. In the past we have had appliance items that weren't working or had broken and a company comes to look and then has to go back to order and you go back in the loop for another service call. This was fixed the same day and free of charge under an extended warranty. This was our first experience with Nebraska Appliance and we were pleased.

The tech, Vince, was very helpful in explaining how the system worked and what the possible causes were. Once he had diagnosed the issue, he tested it with the part he had in his truck before I purchased the full service to make sure it was the correct fix. Very fast, friendly service!

The technician showed us the wire and plug in for the washer that could be purchased and put in by my husband.  The alternative was to spend $400.00 on the same new parts which were part of a larger washing machine part.  He showed us that we could run our dryer on Timed Dry only for awhile as opposed to buying a new dryer.
This person was honest, helpful, kept the room clean, and very professional.

Great! Darrin did a fantastic job. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. He also very patiently put up with my two energetic Jack Russell Terriers trying to help him.

Our ice maker literally broke eight years ago. We finally decided to get it fixed. The guys showed up promptly and diagnosed the issue quickly. They had the appropriate parts in the truck and got everything taken care of very efficiently. Scheduling team was great too. I would absolutely use this company again and again.

Excellent! Contacted them via web site at 6:00 on a Friday morning and by 4:00 that afternoon the repair was complete. Was worried it would take several days to address this issue but was presently surprised.

The technician was here within an hour of my call. Love the fact he wore shoe guards! Went right to work to see what needed to be done. The problem we have is the electrical panel. He gave us the choice of fixing it (much cheaper) or replacing it. We decided to try the fix and if it doesn't solve the problem then he will come back and knock off the service call fee to go ahead and replace it. (If needed within 30 days) We are extremely happy with how efficient and clean he was! Highly recommend this company.

Vince and Josh are the perfect super hero team! They were fantastic with a great attitude! I called Nebraska home applaiance for one problem but before they showed up I had another appliance making noise! While they were working on the washer they also checked my freezer and fixed that too! It was pleasant having them in my house. They have a great sense of humor and I did find out Josh can fit in my freezer! we had a good laugh about that! Thanks again!

Having a washing machine go bad is not fun. My wife called our home warranty company around 815am. Nebraska Home Appliances called me around 915am and said they could take a look in between 11-2, the same day. What a relief! The tech, Darren was great! Showed me exactly what he was doing and why. Very smart and respectful. I would highly recommend NHA in the future. Only took about an hour! Keep up the good work! Brian -- Omaha

They were knowledgeable and quick to discover what the issue was. They also carried all the necessary parts with them in their service vehicle. I was pleased that they were efficient and prepared.
