MIDTOWN REALTY & MANAGEMENT
About us
Midtown Realty and Management is owned and operated by Delores “Dee” Meyers. She has approximately 30 years real estate experience. The experience is broad, from residential single family homes to large commercial leases with development companies. She has negotiated leases from small to large (1 bedroom apartments to national credit tenants on multiple locations). She has taken advanced courses in real estate, leading to a designation which many in the industry call the “Ph.D of Real Estate”, the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She achieved that designation in 1995 and is active in the local Nebraska Chapter of the Institute. That training includes financial investment analysis, (calculating Net Operating Income) on an asset, cost analysis, marketing, tax deferred exchanges, and many other topics all of which are very valuable when considering buying or selling real estate. Dee Meyers is a member in good standing of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the Better Business Bureau with an outstanding rating, and a growing list of satisfied clients. Midtown Realty and Management offers property management services in the Omaha midtown area. Our specialty is apartments which range in size from 2-55 units. We also offer management services for single family homes. What makes us different that our competitors? We offer transparency in our monthly reports to owners. Every monthly statement is backed up with a copy of each invoice to verify expenses taken from rental proceeds. Midtown Realty does not use “in house” employees for work, rather, they use outside vendors who must produce an invoice, which describes the scope of work, and the actual cost of services. This method allows a property owner to truly quantify their actual expenses.
