It was great. Their service had been excellent each time. There were some issues with the leak and Michelle came out and looked into the attic and took care of it. The last one I was with the young man named Trey, he was very good. I texted him and he came right away and talked to the insurance and point out the damage. He was very helpful.

The staff and workers were courteous and timely. I never felt uncomfortable, nor "creeped out" like some companies. Any questions or concerns I had were answered, or addressed quickly. I am very relieved to be going forward w/ a new, sturdy roof in the future w/ all this crazy NE weather!

The business model of this company seems to be:bleed the insurance company for every dime you can get,whether you do the work or not."No big deal it's not your money, it's the insurance companies"(paraphrase of an employee's comments to me).Well maybe I'm stupid but I'm pretty sure I(and all other policy holders) paid that money to them.And when they get bilked our rates go up.

Nick came out to our home to give us an estimate. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He did not make me feel uneasy for answering all of our questions. As for the roofers, they were very hard workers. They showed up first thing in the morning. They had to remove not one, but two layers of shingles. Our roof was in worse condition then we thought it was as they also had to replace thirteen sheets of decking. And they were still completely finished in one day. Amazing! They made sure everything was nicely cleaned up. The gutters were completed on a different day. Once again the workers showed up first thing in the morning. We had them install continuous guttering with Leafproof gutter guards. And they were completed before dinner time. I couldn't be happier with not only the appearance of the gutters and the functionality of the guards.

At the time, it went fine. However, several years later, a small leak developed whenever there was snow on the roof. I called them and they sent out an inspector to look at the problem. He said there was a nail in the flashing between two roof segments. He said they'd charge $2,300 to repair it. When I pointed out that the nail had to have come from the time when they put a tarp over the roof to protect it during the construction, he said he'd talk with the owner. At one point, the owner came to the house, unannounced, when I wasn't home. That's the last contact I've had with him. He refuses to return my phone calls but through my contractor, he says the leak is due to heat escaping through lighting fixtures melting the snow, not to the nail hole, even though he has never personally inspected the problem. I would NEVER recommend this company, period.

They took off the siding and found there was some plywood that needed replacing, they did that promptly. I had some leaky windows before and they sent out their experts and when they were done....no more leaks. They were on time and very professional.

The crew was quick and professional. Job was completed in one day, with them tearing off the shingles first thing in the morning followed by a well orchestrated dance of replacing the black paper and shingles after that.
When they were all done, they cleaned up all waste on the job site, taking special care to make sure none of the roofing nails fell into the yard around the house.

I had very poor experience with Home Pride. They took a very long time to do the work, and left all the materials in my yard for months. I was very upset with the company, and contacted the owner many times in regards to this. He would not do anything about it, and claimed it was not his problem. Today, I am still having the same issue with roof that I was having even before they replaced it. Being a senior citizen, I was very surprised at how poorly I was treated. I would not recommend Home Pride to anyone looking for any type home improvement.

Manager was very good about matching siding color and texture exactly. Roof replaced on time and looks great. Only issue was provider did not remove and replace screens. This was removed from the bill when it came time to settle up. Roofers started in around 7 am, very prompt and finished roof in 1 day. Cleaned up well after themselves.

I just thought they were high for the work they were doing. We weren't getting that much done, and so we ended up doing it ourselves. They gave us the estimate in a timely manner.

We had a lot of hail damage and it was with insurance. My husband had all kinds of issues with them. It was not a good experience. He didn't like the quality of the workmanship. There were problems. We were able to pull off the trim work they put up around the windows. It was not put on well. It was not good quality work like it should have been. They eventually made it right but it took a lot of effort on my husband's part. If I didn't have my husband, I would have probably been taken. It took several phone calls to get things taken care of. Their punctuality was also a problem. The salesperson was very professional but some of the workers were not. They argued and didn't know what they were talking about. It was really not good.

Roofing was fine but fixing gutter very bad experience! Had a small leak in gutter and salesman agreed to fix for an extra $25. When roofing and clean-up was finished, I asked the man I was working with if the leak has been fixed. He said no"only after I asked him about it" then he said he would fix it himself which took him about ten minutes. The gutter still leaks so it was not fixed at all and when I contacted the company an ombudsman called me and said that if the gutters are over 5 years old the leak could only be temporarily fixed not really fixed for just $25.00. He then wasted several minutes of my time trying to convince me that no one can fix a leak where a corner piece is connected to a seamless gutter without taking it apart and putting new parts in it. This, he said would cost much more than $25. That was the last time I talked to or heard from the company. If the salesman had asked. for more money, I would have paid it because I wanted the leak "fixed".
I need to add a note to my review concerning the provider's response. The $25 was to put some sealant in a 4" joint on the corner of a seamless gutter, not replace any gutter because of hail damage. Also, I was never offered a refund nor given any estimate to replace hail damaged gutters which was not what I wanted done. When I contacted the company and told them that the seam was still leaking I was told that any gutter over 5 years old that has a leak needs to have new parts installed and it would cost much more then $25 to fix it. As you can see from the company's response whoever wrote this doesn't know the meaning of "customer relations" or they wouldn't respond with statements that are completely erroneous.

I would rate this company as a A++++ Justin came out and explain what need to be done. work with our insurance company to make sure that everything was covered during the job. His price was great for the work that was done. The roofer came out and put a whole new roof and was done in one day. They clean up and was very good work. They worked to 7pm which suprised they stayed and finished the job. The siding company that came out did a great job. They put decorative plate on my back porch and outlet. The siding was a great match. The siding been on the house for about 15-20 years old. Justin made sure that everything was done to my father n law house and was very patient and made sure that everything was done to our satisifaction. He work with us on the insurance process and make sure it was all paid for. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Home Pride was one of three roofing companies I contacted for quotes. Duane came out at a time that was convenient for me. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. After getting their quote, I got quotes from the other companies. Home Pride had the best price and the best warranty. Duane special ordered the shingles in the color we wanted. The crew came out on the scheduled day. Shed and house were done in 7 hrs and that included cutting for new vents. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up. I've only found 1 roofing nail. Unbelievable. Since the roof was installed, we've had rain several times and snow once. No leaks... no loose shingles. Wife and I are very pleased with Home Pride and would recommend them.

They are exceeding my expectations with the work. They have been at my home for about three days. I had a very difficult roof to install. They come out at the same time every day for the work. They make sure to clean everything up before they go home at night. They do not take breaks they only take about a forty five minute lunch. They work the whole time they are at my home. The sales man even comes out and walks around the site to check up with me and make sure they are doing everything that they are supposed to. They check up with my daily. They have very good workmanship. The work is coming in lower than any of the other companies I received estimates from. I would use them again in the future.

They had to come back 4 or 5 times to repair the leaks and to repair the gutters. I was not happy with their service and the gutters they put up were not matching. It was just an unsatisfactory job and I would not hire them again.
