We have used them for several years, and we are happy with their services. We used another company before them and were not happy with the way our lawn was looking with them. Once we started using them, we have been happy with our lawn.

They are very good about phoning ahead and always arrive as scheduled.  They also give good feedback on the yard.

They are very good. I switched back to them because they are much better than the other company I was using. They come when ever they need to.

I have been using them for about ten years. Their service has been awesome, and we have never had an issue.

I prepay for the year and it iput it on auto pilot with 6 treatments that take place throughout the season.  One of the better suppliers/contractors I have used in Omaha.

I've been using them for the past three months. I pay them for the year. They come anytime unexpected which I don't like. I just read in some of their material that they automatically renew every year, which I don't like but other than that they were pretty good. I was sleeping the last time they came and I don't like that I don't know when they are coming. They don’t have an appointment time when they come. It’s questionable on whether I will continue to use them.

This is our third year using Heartland Lawns. They've done a great job and the lawn looks much better than when we moved in. A couple of times we've had to have them come back because it rained the day of a treatment. They didn't balk and came back the next day. We pay about $465 for 7 lawn treatments plus 6 perimeter pest control treatments including a 6% discount for pre-paying the season. My only complaint about Heartland is that, like most lawn care companies, they automatically renew your plan and show up unannounced to treat the yard. You have to explicitly cancel the service if you don't want them to come the following year. It would be really nice if companies didn't do this or if they at least sent a reminder that they would be coming back out on such & such a date.

I am extremely pleased with Heartland. They are extremely responsible and they are an ethical company. I feel comfortable having them on my property and I just felt that for all that they did, I got my money's worth out of them. I would surely recommend them to anyone in the area especially if they are looking to be on an annual plan with a company. I find this annual payment plan to be one of the nicest parts of dealing with this company.

I have what I would call an average size yard. I pay $35 for monthly service. I am not sure exactly what type of chemicals and fertilizers they use. I think it goes by what ever it looks like you need. We used them several seasons now. The lawn looks healthy.
