Ryan came out and gave me an estimate with several options to choose from. I liked that he had a very easy going and relaxed personality. The work was done very well, and he coordinated with my roofers to get the job do. Would definately do business with again.

I couldn't be more pleased.  Ryan coordinated his work with the roofer to optimize efficiency and eliminate redundant work or delays.  He performed the work himself and took great pains to make a big dirty job clean and manageable.  He ordered all required piece parts and there were no delays in delivery and installation of a quality wood burning stove; after making the necessary modification on my existing fireplace, damper and chimney.
When the job was completed, he provided instruction and warranty information and made it clear he stood behind his work, if there was ever a problem.  So far all is perfect, a great job and a craftsman whom I would be happy to do additional work.

Knowledgeable, experienced, punctual for the estimate. Very late for the appointment to do the actual job (custom cap fabrication not done on time by sub-contractor), but when he finally got here he did a very good job.

Ryan is very knowledgeable, great at explaining lots of details, punctual, and responsive. He promptly returned phone calls, provided an estimate with several options, and performed the work when he said he would. He did a great job and also provided advice for future maintenance of our chimney cap and fireplace.
