Made appointment over the phone. They always ask if I need a ride, and let me know when the first run of the day will go...usually at 7:20 am. They have a couple of courtesy vans that run all day long. When I arrive, they go over what I want done, and get my contact information. Then I can relax in the waiting room until the van is ready to load. They drop me off at work, and call me later to go over what the mechanic found, and options for repairs. I feel that they are very honest about letting you know if a repair is a safety issue, or if it could just be watched for a while and repaired later. When the work is done, they call me and send the van at the time I request. When I arrive back at the dealership, they give me a vehicle report listing what was done, and any other recommendations for future service. I pay and go on my way. I receive monthly coupons in the mail for discounts on service. I always have a coupon, and you can get some coupons on-line also. They send me reminders for service in the mail.

The sales representative on the phone that scheduled the work was very professional. Same with those I dealt with at the facility. The cost of the work was very reasonable given the research that I had done prior to scheduling the service. The work was done in a timely fashion. They offered to give me a ride where ever I need to go which was nice. I'll be using Honda of Lincoln again when I need to have the work performed again.

My honda was still under warranty so this didn't cost anything, but one of the many reasons we are loyal Honda Customers is the level of professionalism in their garage. They checked the car out fully, and found no leaks. They explained that the smell was likely just a function of recycling the air in the car, and shouldn't be a worry. Have had zero troubles with Honda in general, and recently traded in our old accord for a 2013, and very pleased with it.

Honda of Lincoln (previously Williamson Honda) has been the service provider for me since I moved to Lincoln 17 years ago. They have taken care of everything from the routine oil change, brakes, etc, to timing belts and suspension work. The only thing I have not used them for is my tires. They are always helpful, have a smile and never give me the hard sell to do more work than I want. They keep track of items they have recommended I have done and the next time I am in we discuss if I have had any problems related to that recommendation. I really like all the services they provide.

I had my car towed one evening because it wouldn't start. I called them early the following morning to tell them the problem. They put a new starter in and had it ready for me that afternoon, offered to come to pick me up at work. This was the first repair I have had on my 2004 Accord. I have had all my oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled maintenance work done there and have been very happy with the service.

Called June 19, appointment made June 20 and they completed all services while I waited. I was especially worried about the tire because I was leaving town the next day. They found a nail in the tire, fixed it preformed the other serviced and had me back on the road inside the hour. I have dealing with Honda, buying Honda's or using their service for over 30 years and could not be more pleased.

We have had very good experience there; it is very easy to get our car in. For oil changes you don't even need to call ahead. They have a nice clean sitting area where they have snacks available. They are very nice to talk to and will explain things with you. They go over things and are very helpful. I lost my keys and had to get a new fob so they had to rekey my car and they did it quickly. We have loved our car so it has been a real good experience.

I love them. I don't have any worries that they are trying to pull anything over on me. They are very honest and very fairly priced. As long as I have a Honda car I will definitely keep taking my car to them for maintenance. They are very professional. They don't have a lot of turnover in staff. They are excellent. I definitely trust them.
