2ND WIND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

I purchased my Octane Eliptical through 2nd Wind three years ago.  It was acting up over the last month so I called 2nd wind for service since the parts were still under warranty.  The company they use to work on the equipment called me back the same day and knew exactly what was wrong just from my description.  Instead of charging me a trip charge to diagnose the problem, they just ordered the part they would need to fix it and made an appt around the time they expected the part in.  All of this without even seeing the equipment.  The gentleman arrived promptly at the appt time and went right to work.  It was as they had diagnosed over the phone (timing belt was wore out and needed replaced.)  The repairman answered all of my questions no matter how silly they were.  He was prompt, precise, knew what he was doing and got my eliptical back in tip top shape, much to my delight.  I would call them again in a heart beat.  Keep in mind that this a specialized repair service, so the labor is not cheap, but I expected that ahead of time
