Arrived on time. Very professional. Took care of the furnace tune-up and carbon monoxide installation quickly.

A little slow when getting back to you for scheduling but overall good experience. Very detailed invoice. Will use again.

I had 2 different techs come out one in early summer to checkout the A/C and then I got their service plan which includes additional checks for the Furnace etc. Both techs were very friendly did an excellent job. They took their time checking all the connections and explaining their findings and recommendations to me.

While I signed off on the work at the time (we needed to get the house heated again), I was concerned about the cost. A web search followed by a call to another (honest) vendor revealed that the part's true cost was $65. It takes about 15 minutes to replace the part (1 1/4 inch screw holding it in place). They also replaced a humidifier filter for about $30. This charge was reasonable. The technician also tried to sell me a heating and A/C coverage policy for which he had no literature. The total charge for the work was $540. All told, I was over-charged by about $370. When I called to complain, they told me that's what they charge and went into high-speed defense mode. I was going to have them replace the part so I could have it re-replaced by an honest vendor. However, after consideration, I decided to not let them back into the house. Bottom line: DO NOT use this company unless you're freezing to death in the dark!

I received a call that the technician was on his way. The technician, Andy Kaup arrived within 20 minutes of that call and he was friendly and very helpful. He did a good job and was done in within an hour and a half. Andy explained everything that he was going to do and when he was finished, he shared that everything looked good. He did ask me if the deal I purchased included replacing the furnace filter and the humidifier pad. I told him that it was my understanding that it did. Andy shared that he had the pad but not the filter and would have one dropped off later. After Andy left, I got a call from Melissa letting me know that the deal I purchased did not include a filter. After I looked over the deal, I replied to her email with a copy of the deal and that I thought replace the filter meant that a new filter would replace the filter that I have. I followed up with a call and it was shared that 'replace the filter' only meant if I supplied the filter, the technician would replace it and that the Aire Service website has new filters available to order and it would be shipped. I answered, no thank you that I buy and replace my own. The deal was a good deal and the service was excellent. My only request be that for future deals the 'replace the filter' would also document that Aire Service does not supply that filter and that it only means that the technician will manually replace a filter that you have supplied. Regardless of that one oops, I would recommend Aire Service for heating and air conditioning services.

I was super impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of all employees with whom I had contact. The office staff member who set up the appointment was efficient and timely, as was the technician who came to my house. They conducted themselves as a competent company should. I will definitely use Aire Serv again.

Routine winter furnace maintenance was needed on a furnace system 2.5 yrs old. He checked all components and identified a slight problem and fixed it. Nothing major.

We had an issue with that service. The first technician that came out to service the air conditioner nearly broke the entire system. Four weeks later, they had to come back out. The next technician said that they had pumped the freon so high in the system and it nearly took out the whole thing. They had to completely recalibrate it and that fixed it for the most part. I would probably give them a C for fixing the problem but as for the primary service that I called them for, to get it serviced and have it ready for the summer ended up costing us in the end. It cost us a lot mileage on the system. I gave a D for the overall, because they stressed the system to the point that it ran non stop for nearly an entire month of July. For price, they fixed the problem for free and credited us for what they had done originally. For quality, I gave them a D because I am not certain if our system is working as it should be. My husband says their responsiveness was poor. The only reason we would use them again is if we feel like something has broken that they specifically messed up and would fix for free. I don't think we would be using them again as a future customer.

Technician showed up on time. Was very friendly, took his time inspecting everything (I mean that in a good way, he did not rush things, he made sure he checked everything out thoroughly). Explained what he did, and suggested needed repairs. Very helpful explaining that the high efficiency filters I was using is actually not good for the system I have. My system is not capable of utilizing these types of filters.

Heather was my technician. She was awesome!! She was respectful of our home and was patient explaining what was wrong with Our system and what was done to fix it. I would not hesitate to use Aire Serv in the future! When I called to make an appointment for service it was going to be 8 days before there was an appointment slot. The appointment setter called back when they had a cancellation so we could get quicker service. All in all it was a great experience! I didn't show a cost for this service because it was thru a 2/10 home warranty.

He was very nice and professional, and this was a good deal. My one issue, however, is that I had called ahead and told them the type of air filter I have on my furnace; it's a little unusual and I wanted to make sure they brought the right filter. They did NOT bring the correct filter and said that they could purchase one and install it for $80. The filter costs only around $20, so I thought this was very unprofessional of them. I purchased one myself and installed it myself, though it was supposed to be part of their service.

Excellent service. Paul was great and did a thorough job. He found a minor problem with the AC unit and had the part on hand and fixed it for us. Very friendly and kind staff as well they responded to my message right away and were able to have same day service where another company couldn't come for 4 days.

The agents were very thorough and pointed out many things for me. They also noticed how my humidifier needed to be serviced and helped me with this service as well.

She was real good. She picked up and cleaned up the area afterwards. She did a good job. They always do. We have a contract with them.

It turned out really well. They just came in and took out my old system, so they didn't have to hook up anything new. He was in and out in about a half an hour. It was great. They got in touch with me a day later, but weren't able to come out for about two weeks. The guy was punctual. He was courteous. He wiped off his shoes before he came in the house. He played with my two year old daughter for about three minutes. She loves that. When he found out that there was one part he needed to get, he just quickly ran to the hardware store and came back. I can't say anything bad about it.

Showed up on time. Did a great job installing and was done within the give time frame. Installer was professional and courteous.

I've used Air-Serv in the past and they didn't disappoint this time. They call ahead when they are late and let me know all they find in servicing in case anything needs to be addressed. Excellent service and I will gladly call them again.

They were on time which is a huge deal in my book. They service person was not in a hurry. Talked to me a little before starting on furnace. I told him the issue about my humidifier and he explained how it works and I would need a new one to get more humidity in the air then I currently get. He performed the rest of the maintenance on furnace and heat pump. Found one thing wrong and we replaced. He showed me the old part which I appreciate. He was through and nice. I don't like smoke smell coming off of people which he did have. It wasn't horrible but it's something I don't care for. He took quite a while compared to other service people I've had but that's probably a good thing as he actually did what he said he was going to do. It was kind of like how service used to be or how it still is in small towns. I will call them again next time!
