Representative, Derek, was punctual (in fact, early) for the appointment.  He took pictures of the items in my apartment stating that it will help with evaluating the estimate of the move.  He was very professional,  answered all of my questions, and I received my quote in a very timely manner.  At this time, I am still in the process of looking for a house, so the move make not happen in the very near future as planned.   However, when I do move, I will more than likely use this company, as I have heard positive things about them from other people.

I had called for two movers and the got me in when i needed and i had to unexpectedly change the date they were more than accommodating. Then on the day i was moving they called prompt in the morning and actually had a different team open up and was able to come out putting me three hours ahead of schedule. The team was prompt professional and extremely friendly and fast.  When they had finished moving all items into my house they even asked if i wanted any thing put any where different. At no point did i feel like just another job they were fully invested to keeping my things in the best shape and doing a good job to my satisfaction 

All I can say is AWESOME!!!!  The 3 young men that moved my household were the best.  I had a VERY heavy Jukebox and they took very good care of it.  I would recomend them to anyone needing clean, dependable, professional movers....

They brought 2 people who did not seem to now how to move furniture.  They broke my refrigerator hose and it took them forever to get it fixed.  They took and extremely long time to move the furniture.  They did not seem to be in  a hurry to get the job completed.
I was just not happy with the whole experience.

All I can say is OUTSTANDING!! These four men were the most polite and hard-working individuals I know. They filled two trucks with our furnishings-one truck was 3/4 filled with individual boxes that each had to be carried onto the trucks then off again. Not an easy task. When unloading, they asked where to put each box/item and made sure they went to the right place. Nothing was broken/damaged. They were on time, worked very hard, and I was impressed. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Thanks, Dillon and crew!

They were on time and very efficient. We had a few dings on furniture that had to squeeze through tight places but not a big deal. They had to reassemble a piece of furniture after they moved and it and didn't quite get it right the first try but after we asked them about it, they fixed the issue. All in all - they did a great job and we would hire them again.

Flat Rate Mover's did an excellent job with our move.  The two young men, Chris &  A.J., were friendly, courteous, quick, attentive to detail, and genuinely cared about us and our possessions.  Because we could see they took their work seriously and handled it all professionally, we could relax and leave it up to them.  It made our moving day and the move in general much easier.

We would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others.

It went perfect.  The movers were on time, very professional and efficient.  They made a typically stressful experience actually a fun, pleasant experience.  These guys were the best.  We would use them again in a heartbeat.

The moving crew from Flat Rate Movers did an outstanding job for us. They hustled the entire time and nothing was damaged.  They arrived on time and finished early.  Cost was actually lower than the estimate.  We will use them again when we move to our new home next year.

I love using flat rate movers two guys showed up I believe their names or Marty and Mike they didn't amazing job there professional the whole way very high aptitudes very excited to do what they do got done in a reasonable amount of time

We used Flat Rate Movers to move us from our 3 bedroom apartment to our house we had just purchased. They moved all the large furniture and a few boxes we had packed. It took them roughly 5 hours to move all our furniture. They were very careful with our items and very professional. We would definitely use them in the future if we are in need of a moving provider.

We had been waiting around to get my Mother's move in date at the nursing home which made it hard to schedule things like the movers so it was fabulous that I was able to schedule the appointment for the next week.  The movers arrived right on time and were very friendly and courteous.  They did an excellent and speedy job of loading up the furniture and boxes.  Unlike some movers I have dealt with they were careful not to mark up the walls, which I appreciated since I was getting ready to sell our house.  They arrived and unloaded everything quickly.  I would definitely use this company again.

Good move.  I have moved many times.  This was complicated by having to pick up refrigerator in country, come to our house, load up and move all to new house. 
They did a good job.  I was unhappy with price and they adjusted the price down significantly.  I will use them again.

These guys were excellent! I had an in-home walk through which ended up being very spot-on for my final cost. The guys who moved me were all very professional and friendly. They came in and each shook my hand and introduced themselves by name. They were movers and shakers--not only did they move on THE hottest day of the year (we're talking Nebraska summers, so hot AND humid) but they actually ran in between loads from the truck to the house. The job was quickly and efficiently done. They padded my house when moving in and out, so they made sure to keep everything "knick free", but honestly everything was handled with such care that it didn't even matter. I would recommend these guys hands down.

The four men (Curtis, Chris, AJ and one other) were extremely proficient in moving my furniture. They arrived almost on time at 0815 (Traffic is heavy at that time of day) and quickly got to work. They were very polite taught me a few useful techniques for moving some of my furniture. All of the furniture arrived at my house in the same condition, which was a surprise; every military move performed by the government on my stuff in the past resulted in significant breakage. The move went fast (complete by 1230) and most importantly, without any damage. I will definitely call them in the future.

The movers who showed up were very polite and helpful and moved with incredible speed considering they were hauling multiple boxes at a time up/down stairs and then out to the trucks.  It took them only 4 hours to load a 3,890 sq ft home.  We were suppose to move into our new home the very next day, however, a glitch occurred with our buyer's loan company, which completely out of our control.  The company was very accommodating and agreed to store the trucks a 2nd night and reduced the charge for doing so.  We then ran into a 2nd glitch with our buyer and were not going to be able to close on our new house as expected.  The company again was extremely accommodating and worked with us hour by hour until we were ready to unload.  The same group of movers unloaded the trucks and again, did it extremely fast.  We only had one problem when unloading, and that was when the couch wouldn't fit through the door and was damaged while trying.  Again, the company was very good about writing up the problem and then contacting us about it later.

These young men--Pat and AJ-- were excellent. They were pleasant, very professional and extremely efficient. They didn't dawdle at all even while they were providing information. In addition, the person who first took the call was pleasant and informative. I would recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.
