The price was what I expected. Their responsiveness was average. I would probably get some others in the area that are a little bit better priced.

Price included synthetic oil and a tire rotation. Proximity is wonderful, and they did a great job on my oil change.

I went back in to talk to them and they were very rude and said it wasn't their fault. And, I talked to them about two weeks later because we wanted to make sure that it truly was leaking and it is. It was not leaking when I took it in.

They are great to work with. Dan (the manager) is very honest. I had a problem with a vehicle and was told by another place that it would be a very expensive fix. Took it to Jensen and they were able to fix it for much less, plus problem wasn't near as bad as the other shop had made it out to be.

I had gone by two days earlier to get a quote for the tires from them, as well as from 4 other companies. It's hard to compare tire prices because the brands aren't exactly the same from store to store, and by my best analysis, the price difference was within $20 between all 5 stores. So I looked at rebates, costs of other services, etc. to help me make my decision. There was a $40 rebate on the tires at Jenson's, and they gave me a 10% off military discount on the oil and alignment services. I called them about 4 in the afternoon and asked if the tires were in stock and if they could do all that needed to be done before they closed at 6 that day. Dan said yes, so I headed over and arrived about 4:30. They went right to work and showed me the alignment results before doing the alignment to get my approval (I knew it was going to need one, but it was nice to be asked if it was okay). They showed me alignment results again after the alignment. I also asked Dan to quote me prices on several maintenance services the dealer said I needed done. He did this and gave me the quote in writing, and it was HALF of what the dealer wanted. I didn't have any additional services done at this visit, but I know I won't be allowing the dealer to do those services! I was done and out of there by 6 p.m. with new tires, fresh oil and an alignment.

Had a flat the night before on the free way. Spoke to Mike Krause at Jensen Tire. He was very helpful, professional and did not try to "oversell". I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely use the company for any servicing needs in the future.

Years ago I had a Jeep Cherokee tuned up at Jensen. The cost was more than quoted and work done on the car that was not authorized. The Corporate Office ended up refunding most of the cost. Since then I only use Jensen for tire purchases and disposing of my used oil. Which they take without charging me for this service.
