Horrible, horrible service! The first and second visit, they underfed and overfed my dog twice the amount he was supposed to receive all because they do not know how to read a measuring cup. This past visit was only due to an emergency and that every other place was booked due to the Bison game in Frisco. After I picked up my 7 month old Great Dane, he went directly to bed and did not move until the next day. I called and spoke to the owner, Kelly Norton, who stated that they played my dog very hard. Her exact words were, " It would be like if you never ran and then all of a sudden ran a marathon. We play all the dogs until their tired". This would be fine and dandy; however, I have a GIANT BREED PUPPY who not only got a skin infection from their bathing services, (Yes, the underbelly of my dog had sores and the sheath of his p**** had green discharge), his ankle joints were swollen 5x the normal size. After a $700 vet bill, my dog Ollie, still has to go in to the vet in another two weeks to see if his medication worked and how much bone damage there is on both ulnas. The staff is incompetent and obviously has no clue on how to care for special breed dogs. Anyone who has a pet, avoid this place!!!! Their stupidity is overwhelming and the result of their incapabilities of caring for animals could be quite detrimental to your pet.
