The service manager there is Mike and he will do whatever he can do to get us in as fast as we need to get in and he'll be in the backward to make sure the job is done on time.  We have 2 vehicles that we get serviced there and all my 3 kids get their cars serviced there.  He takes pretty good care of it.  He realizes, sometimes when, the younger kids are in their early 20s and they go in to have something done on their car, he just can't think and afford to have everything done at one time and he will let them know what is major and needs to be replaced first and then he says they can even come back in a month or two or six weeks and they'll work on the next assignment as they can't afford all at one time.  I wouldn't have to take anybody for towing to go there if needed to get serviced.
