+ -1 moreWe have had a couple of fat bikes built by them for my husband and I. I would stop in and ask questions and they took the time to teach me things I didnt know. Not once did they ever make me feel like I was wasting their time and we have since bought one prebuilt MTB for my husband also. The Customer Service is spectacular, they treat you like a friend, not a dollar sign. We will be purchasing another new MTB for me in the next couple of weeks and any future purchases will always be done at Epic. Also, their new location is so inviting and wonderful. Such a huge amount of great inventory and love the coffee shop within the bike shop.
Description of Work: The other day I just stopped in without an appointment to have some brake adjustments done on my fat bike that I had been riding pretty hard. They are the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff in town and with immediate service, fixed my brakes at no charge.
