preparation thru pour went pretty much on schedule owner left an inexperienced crew alone to finish the work. Finished product had serious defects including trip hazzards at freeze joints, concrete mixed with clay at connection to existing concrete pad causing an ugly gap,and imperfect curves. Owner promised to return and fix the problems but became unresponsive and never showed up

Appointment for estimate was timely, and cost was fair. After receiving several estimates I called RCP to schedule the work to be done. I received a call back saying he would get back to me with a date. Never received the call back. I called again and left a message but call was never was returned. As a result I went with Adrian from Farmers Concrete 919-650-9460. Adrian and one helper did a great job at a fair price.

Overall, great company and great service. Ronald (Owner) was very professional, easy going and has a lot of integrity and solid work ethic, which is hard qualities to obtain from a service these days. Very refreshing and the price point was very good and his team worked extremely hard to complete my patio / wall and landscaping needs in a quick, efficient manner. Communication via phone, email was answered in a reasonable time.

THE COMPANY RESPONDED TO MY CALL IN A DAY. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER TRIMMING MY BUSHES, AND THEY WERE DONE IN JUST A FEW HOURS. I THINK THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY.
