The technician arrived as scheduled after an initial postponement due to an earlier service call running later than anticipated. He was courteous and respectful. I was disappointed that the owner had not communicated all the service that I had requested. However the technician immediately responded that he could complete everything, which he did.

They were thorough and had the proper tools and knowledge to resolve my A/C problem. My overall rating is 4.5/5.0 only because they were later than expected in arriving to complete the service.
