It went very well. Unfortunately for me at the time my brake system was in rough shape and needed a major overhaul, but they did a great job with it and were very efficient. I love the work that they did, but the only reason I wouldn't go to them is because they're a little too far from my home.

They were very competent, and knowledgeable, explained everything. Did not charge me outside of the price they quoted me. They also gave me an 18 month warranty, and also a 10% AAA discount.

Our experience with them has been excellent. They are honest, reliable, and do not over-charge no matter what. We have never had to take anything back twice. They have been around for a while; they are good old boys.

I'm also a little confused and concerned with Angie's List and the validity of this review. I've contacted them several times with no response. This review was transcribed from a telephone interview by Angie's List personnel. The interview was obtained over 12 months after the alleged visit took place. That in itself is unacceptable. I have researched my data base and can find no one by this name, nor address has ever visited our establishment. Our pre-purchase inspection only cost $49.00 and I see where you stated the cost as $100.00. I would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss this situation with you and clear up any misinformation on both parts. As you can see from the other reviews we strive to exceed the expectations of our clients and have served this great community for over 26 years with honesty and integrity. Hope we can resolve this matter. Thank you."

Great. Consistently the estimate comes in below what I, the humble consumer, expect. Often I'll mention some problem I think the truck has and they'll investigate and say "no need. It's a simple fix."

Very happy with services performed and price that was quoted. Troubleshooting was completed the same day that the vehicle was dropped off (by appointment) and service completed the next. The provider kept me in the loop of what was going on, costs associated with the repairs, and the timeframe that work would be completed. We will be using this provider again.

They scheduled my vehicle very quickly for the stated services that were due and were able to find and fix the one front tire which had a slow leak. I had taken the vehicle to several other places to have the tire leak fixed including the place where I purchased the tires and no one else was able to find the location of the leak. CLAS has the patience and takes the time to do the job right the first time.

I have been using their service for over a year. I have all my routine car service done here. The location is good within 10 miles of my home. They are very knowledgeable and prompt. I always get an appointment soon after I call them.
