I called and set an appointment for them to come out and advise what I would need to correct issues I perceived in my water, such as hard water and rock in the water. They showed up on time for the appointment and educated us on what issues we had and which ones we did not have. We decided to go with a system that would remove impurioties and soften the water. They also explained the difference between most water softners and their patented system. We set a date/time for them to perform the install. The showed up exactly when they said they would be there, were clean, professional and very courteous. The took the time to explain everythign they were doing and what I needed to do to keep the system in top shape between scheduled maintenance. I love the fact that not only do they install the system, but they perform the maintenance by calling you when it is time. I never had to "chase" this company, which is a relief as we had to do that in the past with contractors we have hired. This company is AAA and I have told all my friends about them and the quality of water we now have.

We have had a water quality issue in our home since it was built in 2006. We started to research water treatment options and found N C Water consultants of Mooresville, NC. They came to our home and analyzed our water, and recommended that we consider a Hague water conditioner and also a R O system for all drinking water. We purchased the system and they came and installed it in a very professional manner. They were very careful about not tracking in outside dirt and debris into the house. The installation is very precise and neat, no unnecessary holes or cuts in the walls or floor. They even wore booties over their shoes every time they entered the house. In our opinion N C Water Consultants and their employees are a very astute company. If you need help with your water quality issues contact these people! We now have excellent water quality. No more water spots or scum marks in pans or kettles or dishes. Even our ice maker in the refrigerator now makes clear ice cubes! Didn't know that was even a possibility before now! Also noticed less soaps and shampoos is needed since the water is soft. Good people, good product, good service!!! Use these guys if you need to fix your water!!!!

It went fantastic. I enjoyed working with Pat and Eddie a lot. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The water and ice now taste great, and we couldn't be happier with the service and product overall.

We had NC Water Consultants in to do the annual filter change for our water filteration system. We had been having some issues with the water filter and when we mentioned these poblems, the tech immediatly responded with checking out the enitre system and making sure it was all working properly. System has been flawless since their visit and we will def be using them again for the annual service and any other water filter issues. Thank you NC Water Consultants !!!

Very pleased with service. Our system had been installed by a company that is no longer in business, so it had been several years since it had been professionally serviced. The technicians were very professional and explained the details of what they were doing and why. As a part of the service, they provided us with salt and stored it in a place that it will be easy for us to get to and maintain ourselves. Our system seems to be working a lot better now - we will continue to use this company to service our system in the future.

the install crew came right on time and worked like a surgical team setting up several tables in the basement with all the tools and products they were going to use. That made the install go very smoothly where they were not running back and forth to the truck for things. They installed a small drinking water faucet in the kitchen, which required drilling a hole in our granite counter, which made us nervous, but after hearing how many counter tops they drilled in, we felt comfortable and that aspect went very smoothly. From there, they moved to the basement and worked until the job was completely done. Eddie then explained everything we needed to know about the system, how it works, etc. The company also offers the opportunity for leasing the equipment, which not everyone does. This made getting the system possible. The entire crew was extremely courteous and they were so neat, you wouldn't even know they were in the house. We are also not physically able to carry the salt into the basement, so by purchasing the salt from them, gets it into our basement right next to the softener tank where we need it. They have also made several follow up calls to ensure we were satisfied with the system and seeing the expected results. GREAT JOB!!!

Everything went great. Very professional. Very neat and top notch installation. Thoroughly explained every part of our system and how each worked. We had very acidic well water and it was corroding our pipes. This system has stopped the calcium buildup and rust issues we had before. We feel it is now safer for us to drink. Would highly recommend.

We called NC Water Consultants and they promptly came and tested our water and found the cause of the foul smelling water, plus several other issues such as very hard water. We scheduled an appt. to install the works - water softener, ozone blaster and reverse osmosis. Eddie and his crew were very polite and extremely professional and did a great job installing our new Hague water treatment system. Our water no longer smells, it tastes great and is very soft. It was a substantial investment, but we are are very pleased with our new water. Not only does it no longer smell, we are pleased to know the water is not damaging our plumbing and appliances over time. We would highly recommended Eddie and NC Water Consultants to anyone having water issues.

The service and work that Eddie and his team completed were excellent! The level of service provided went beyond our expectations. The only regret I have is not posting this review earlier as he and his team deserve every praise. First, Eddie came out to our house free of charge, tested our water, and explained what was found through the testing. He was very detailed and helped to educate us throughout the service. He gave us details of the cost of services and worked our installation date in earlier than planned to have everything up and running before we started using our new appliances. The installation went very well. They met every commitment they made. Eddie came in to talk with us after finishing the install , and we noticed he had his hand bandaged. He cut his hand earlier in the day but continued working to complete our install and it looked bad enough to need stitches. I'd say that shows he was truly committed to ensuring he met his promise of completing our install that day! As I mentioned earlier, I'm a little delayed in adding this review but that has allowed me to experience the quality of my 'new' water. I no longer drink bottled water. My water at home is better than any bottled water. Not only is the drinking water excellent but I've noticed improvements in every other way we use water in our home. For example, I only need to fill the dishwasher with half the amount of powder I would normally need (which Eddie told me to try), and I don't need any rinse aid as the water doesn't leave spots. We also don't have any issue with spots on our glass shower doors. Before Eddie, we had water pressure issues as well. I couldn't take a shower for more than 5 minutes without a serious decrease in pressure. We now have excellent water pressure regardless of what we are doing. The cost of the other systems and installation was less than $7000 before we added the 100 gallon tank. I feel as though the cost was well worth the work Eddied and his team did. After the services we're complete, we were mailed a hand written thank you note that included pictures of the installation. From start to finish, Eddie and his team were professional and exceeded our expectations.

It went wonderfully. Eddy was a very nice guy. Both of his helpers were nice and professional. He provided an estimate ahead of the job, which was great! I felt that Eddy was more knowledgeable than some of the other service providers I contacted. He gave me a list of possible solutions with options for me to choose how I wanted to get the results I desired. I am very pleased! He is the only service provider in the area I could find that rents equipment too! I would highly recommend his services!

Eddie always explains everything to me about what my water measurements are: I was pretty good. He also takes the time to warn me about certain water issues in the area. Things to be careful about. I also learned which county has arsenic in their waters. Because I am a real estate broker, it is always good to be educated about what effects us as consumers and home owner. I was fortunate to catch my water problems before it caused damages to my pipes. Unfortunately my sister can't say the same thing and because of that over 2 years ago; here I am today with good clean water!!!

Perfectly. He came on time, spent a full day, took his time to get it right. The very next day, our water had already tremendously improved. We had a tiny leak and he came within an hour of when we called him and he fixed it right away. We would highly recommend him.

The well water in the area we live in is very difficult to treat. It has iron, sulphur and other minerals. The business owner (Eddie) is the most knowledgeable person we have ever used for treating our well water. We have tried several other contractors and none of them has ever been able to fix our problems. North Carolina Water Consultants has supplied both equipment and their knowledge to make our well water taste like spring water We can highly recommend their service and will continue to use them for their excellent service and attention to their customers needs. I had a Hague water softener in a previous home in another state and was very pleased with the water quality and softness. I contacted Hague about a local authorized dealer near my new home and they recommended North Carolina Water Consultants. I checked Angie's List, found many "A" reviews, and called for an appointment. Eddie Bonge came out as scheduled and we had a good chat. Since I knew I already wanted another Hague system, we saved the time to discuss its merits and the merits of softened water. Instead we focused on the installation work needed and ways to accomplish it. We set an appointment for 3 days later to do the installation. The Hague unit Eddie recommended was a new model similar to the one I was familiar with from our previous home but with a few new control and water quality features. The Hague units are, to my mind, excellent, efficient, and perform superbly. That said, I want to comment more about NC Water Consultants. Some background: 1- Our home was built in 1906, and we just moved in a couple of weeks prior to Eddie's visit 2- The city water meets EPA quality requirements, but is fairly "hard" so I felt softening was needed 3- Several plumbing changes/additions have been made over the century 4- Most of the plumbing is in a crawl space, and there is a small basement area. The installation team of two arrived as expected and began work. There was a significant amount of plumbing "clean up" needed in the crawl space to meet good practice and current codes, and all that was accomplished. The was also a large in-line filter element but it was deep in the crawl space and I'm certain had never been changed since it was installed, whenever that was. It was removed and replaced with a larger filter in the basement proper so it can easily be changed as required. As part of the install, Eddie serviced our 50-gallon gas hot water heater, put the Hague equipment, in-line filter, and a reverse osmosis system neatly into a protected corner of the basement, ran separate water lines to a new dispenser on the kitchen sink, and connected the RO system to two refrigerators with water and ice dispensers. The work was lengthy, tough because of limited workspace, dirty, but very well and neatly executed. Throughout it all, the guys were a pleasure to talk to. At the end of a very long day, Eddie took the time to explain all operating aspects of the softening and purification systems, drained the two water dispensers in the two refrigerators to get air out of the lines, and gave me products to help with the next few loads of laundry, sink rust, and toilet scale build-up. The faucet they provided for the RO water in the kitchen matched well the regular kitchen faucet, and it too was installed beautifully in a solid surface double sink. The guys cleaned up all areas they touched, hauled off all trash, and left no evidence they were in the house except for the new systems. The best part? The newly-softened water is a pleasure to use, especially for bathing and laundry. And the newly-purified drinking water is delicious. And for the first time, I have absolutely clear ice cubes! This company knows its products, is very customer-friendly, and will certainly get my recommendations and future business.

Everything went as expected. The men arrived on time. explained exactly what would be done, and were completely done by around 3 pm that day. The entire system was explained it to me in detail. Last month I had the house power washed. I called Debbie to ask how to turn system off because I couldn't exactly remember and she talked me through the simple process.

Eddie responded to our request for information quickly and set up an apppointment. HIs presentation was very thorough, including a complete examination of our well water. He explained his water treatment system and we were convinced this was the system to install in our home. An installation date was established for the next week and Eddie and his son arrived on the appointed day and hour. The system was installed in one day and when they left everything was in place and everything was put back as found. A little problem occured with the pumping, but they arrived the next day. They immediately knew what to do and the problem was solved. We have have no more issues or problems We have been very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of this famly-owned business. We were and still are convinced this was the right company for this job and we are more than pleased with the results. We never knew the difference a water treatment system would make and we are extremely happy with our clean, safe, soft water.The effects are amazing -- our mineral- free appliances and fixtures, the cleanliness our dishes and clothes and the taste of our drinking water. We highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants -- the price is good and the service is excellent.

After reviewing multiple water treatment companies, I chose to have NC Water Consultants install a water treatment system in my home. They were very informed and provided great education regarding their service. They performed many diagnostics on my water and devised a plan for treating my water. The day of the installation there were some issues with their truck which made them late for the installation but they persevered and did a really good job, They protected my floors from the installation. They had to dig a trench in my crawlspace to install the devices and were respectful of the other systems in the crawl space. I am very pleased with the system that was installed and am enjoying great water! I would recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of placing a well water treatment system.
