Our experience was wonderful from the start with Alex Griggs our salesman/stylist to our installers, Jordan S, Cody T. and Elijah S. The work was wonderful. They arrived promptly at 8am and finished at 5:03pm. We could not be happier. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Mike, Isabel, & Aaron worked on our 2 projects: corner shower and bathtub/surround replacements. They were all fantastic to work with, especially given the complexity of the projects. Elijah, on the sales end, was also great and continues to follow up with us. Great team!

We loved their representative. He done a good job and was very helpful in helping us get the loan. They will be out October the 8th to do the bathroom.

A few hick ups in the beginning with scheduling but they got it installed when they said they would. I wanted it finished before my son came back home for the summer. They worked quickly and had it finished by the end of the day. They workers were courteous and cleaned up their mess. So far all is good it looks great and easily cleaned. Too bad they donâ t remodel the whole bathroom.

I am a young, single homeowner who probably does not fit the majority demographic of people hiring for a bathroom remodel. When my guest bath sprung a mysterious leak into the dining room below, I knew I didn't want a band-aid solution fix. I had also dreamed of remodeling that bathroom ever since I bought my home. While brainstorming the best company for the job, a series of West Shore Home commercials aired. I was very drawn to the one day installation and the fast, clean process they presented in the time lapse video. I was quick to request an appointment. Dash was at my door days later. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and passionate about the product West Shore had to offer for my dream bathroom remodel. I'm sure my inexperience in a bathroom remodel would cause other salesmen to be pushy and haggle me for my hire. Dash was very thorough and devoted to wanting to hear my questions and concerns about getting a new bath. He was my first incredible contact with West Shore. After my consultation, I booked a bath tub to bath tub renovation that same day. Dash was honest and said he thought it would be a 2 month wait at most for my installation, but due to my concerning leak, he made a phone call there from my home and was able to expedite my installation. I was thrilled to receive a call that my renovation would happen a month after my consultation and not the 2 months as I worried it would be. Quaid and Ian Meyers arrived promptly at 8:15am on the day of installation prepared to work. Quaid was my first interaction with a West Shore Home installer. He was incredibly nice and polite, informing me of who he was and who Ian was as well as what they would be doing. I was so anxious about my mysterious leak. Quaid was honest with me and said he would repair the plumbing as far out as he could but could not guarantee that would repair whatever leak I was experiencing. After a quick inspection and drop cloth set up, the renovation began. I am so grateful to Quaid and Ian. I had a cast iron tub that was surely not easy to break down. They did it within about 30 minutes! In the process of the demolition, Quaid did let me know they had chipped my toilet that was a mere inches away from the tub. He apologized and said his manager was going to replace it. I was even given a choice of if I wanted to stick with my original design or change the shape. I was very impressed with his transparency and dedication to get the problem corrected quickly. Both guys worked so hard for 11 hours to get my bathroom renovated. I value the look and safety of my home. Not once during this installation did I feel uncomfortable with them being there. I even left several times to run errands, leaving them at my home alone. That's how much I trusted their process. The things I've been bragging about most to my friends and family was how included I felt in the process. About every hour or so, Quaid would step in to let me know where they were in the process and how long they anticipated it would take to get to the next step. I knew what they were doing in my bathroom which added to the safety and security I felt having them alone in my house with me. I am blown away! West Shore has a great reputation among the people I've talked to about it. I keep saying the customer service is equivalent to Chick-fil-A's. I just turned on my bath tub faucet after 24 hours of waiting for everything to settle. I was so anxious to see if my leak was repaired. I can say with so much joy in my heart that for the first time in a month and a half, there is no leak!!! I have a beautiful bathroom and a dry dining room ceiling. The best part is that I was serviced by the most helpful and polite service team. Thank you to Dash, Quaid, Ian, and the humorous scheduling staff who helped me get to where I've been dreaming of being. It's only been 24 ho...

My install team of Isabell, Ian and Phillip arrived and went right to work. The project was a little more intense than I thought.. The were removing a large garden tub and installing a walk in shower. All three of the team worked at their own jobs... I was impressed when one had a question the others helped out. When normal quitting time came 5:00pm they kept right on working. Past 6 and past 7.. The guys started picking up tools and doing the cleanup but Isabell kept working and was finding several "little" things that didn't meet her standards.. Thus the guys were removing some tools and materials and re-doing a couple pieces of trim and a piece of door track. When everything met her standards she then said we are done. By the time she went thru how to clean and care for my new shower it was 7:30.. Very impressed they worked so late so they could finish.. I would recommend this install team anytime.. They are a credit for West Shore Homes.. I will gladly call West Shore when I need one of their projects or services...

Not only did they do a great install, but sent out one of their representatives to critic with putting molding around our new ceilings and around the bottom of tubs and shower! Frank Scofield did a phenomenal job detailing the final touches after total remodeling of our three bathrooms! Frank is an artist in his own right! ð ð ð ð ð

very professional,efficient

Over the top expensive. The job was completed in 1 day which is a plus and the men who installed the bath/shower were very polite but they put a hole through a wall into my other bathroom. They spackled it prior to leaving but I had to apply more spackle and repaint the wall. I have to redo my 2 nd bathroom but am probably not going to use them again

Jacob P. and Klyn M. (2 very polite and professional young men) arrived around 8:30am to tear out an old shower and install a new walk in shower. They informed me of what they would be doing and were able to answer all of my questions. They worked very hard and completed my project in one day. Everything was left clean and my new shower looks great. Thanks Jacob and Klyn for your professional service.
