Everywhere you go you have to take what they say with a grain of salt; except for here. I have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They are very up front, they honor their quotes. If they run into additional problems they stop work and call you to see what you want to do. They have been taking care of all three of our cars for about 5 years now. They treat their customers very professionally, politely and friendly.

I found West End on Angie's List and decided due to their rating and the proximity to my home, I would give them a call. I dealt with Eric. I was unsure what was wrong with the car, but when I described it, Eric knew straight away what the problem was. I called on Monday and took my car straight away. He was able to get me in quickly. The car was ready that afternoon, but I had asked him to check into another issue I was having, so they kept it until Tuesday morning. I would absolutely recommend West End Auto to anyone. Eric was very polite and easy to talk to. Excellent experience!

I have been going to them for about 3 years. They are local and good guys. They are direct and honest. It is clear they know what they are doing and I feel they are effective and trustworthy.

They work quickly and are always willing to fit me in or give a time to come back if I just drop by.

Ralph and Eric are great to work with, i have full confidence that their diagnosis is fair, honest and accurate, and the pricing is very competitive. I use them to service my BMW 650 (at a fraction of the dealer cost) and an older Yukon. On one occasion, i brought in my Yukon because it would stall every time I idled at a stop light ... I was expecting a significant cost, but Eric spent a half and hour cleaning my injector port with a toothbrush ... so just a labor charge ... can only imagine what some other service station would have come up with. Great guys, great service, highly recommended

I've taken cars there for inspections with pretty good luck. They were friendly. They did an inspection, and they were friendly about it. They seemed honest. They were convenient to me, but that didn't matter the most. They were quick with the service.
