Our upstairs furnace stopped working. We'd had some other work done to the house around where the furnace is located, so I was suspicious that something had happened during those repairs that affected the furnace. Logan answered the phone promptly - I did not need to leave a message - and scheduled a tech to come out within 3-4 hours of my call. Great news, because it is cold!
Service tech was polite, diagnosed the problem and made a simple adjustment. Furnace works again and we're all happy.
I'd definitely use Logan Heating & Air again.
Angie's List coupon saved me $15! I presented it upon the tech's arrival.

In May, we purchased a service agreement with Logan.  We've never had a service agreement in the past, but after the problems we had last winter and Logan's efficient service, we decided to make the purchase.  I called Logan today to schedule our winter service, and the receptionist went above and beyond to tell me how to prepare for the visit.  Outstanding customer service! I look forward to the service in two weeks.

First time we needed to turn the heat on for the year, and of course, the heat didn't work. We called Logan and they came the same day, which was awesome. They were quick and courteous. Turned out it had something to do with the new thermostat we installed. They got every fixed promptly and we stayed warm. I was happy with their service and would use again.

It was such a great experience dealing with Logan after having dealt with a not so good HVAC company. Everyone from beginning to end was very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. The guys came out and worked in a very undesirable place to work, a crawl space with not much room to work. They did a great job and definitely sold me on the company. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs! Thanks again to everyone for completing this difficult job for me!

They came out here and charged us $500 to check the thing and we had to buy a new thermostat that was under warranty, and we had to pay for it.  They had to run a new line for the thermostat, because they messed it up. They messed up the humidifier as well. We filed a complaint with BBB and they didn't even acknowledge it. They didn't know what they were doing. They had not been in the geothermal business and they messed it up.

"Logan's computer records show that work was done for [Member Name] in 2011. We have not been to this home since May 16, 2011. Logan did NOT install the system at this home; therefore, there was no labor warranty. We found several problems with the installation and corrected the problems. Again, Logan did not install the equipment at this home, so we did not create any problem. We only corrected the existing problems. I am very familiar with this address. We did replace a thermostat, performed maintenance and corrected wiring issues with the humidifier & ran new thermostat wire tor furnace. We have not heard from Mr. [Member] until this review was posted on Angie's list. Joe Winiarczyk, Service manager at Logan HVAC"

It went fine. It's good. My realtor had recommended them. They seem to be pretty popular in this area. He was kind of slow in getting back to me. If I have to replace my unit then, I'm gonna do some checking around but I would do a service call type thing.

We got estimates from several Companies since we had to replace out HVAC system and decided to go with the Carrier Greenspeed System.  My husband and I were very impressed with the variable speed compressor.  The morning of the installation Jeff and Kevin showed up early to get started.  It was a very rainy day and I was surprised they did not cancel, but the worked all day in the mess. They started by taking out the old system the replaced it with the new one.  When everything was installed Jeff came into the house to install the new Wifi thermostat.  He took off his shoes since every thing was wet and muddy.  We love the system so far.  My husband was impressed the he could not hear the air compressor out side.  My husband even opened the window to see if he could hear it and could not.  The old system (a comfortmaker) was alway very loud and kept him up at night when it kicked on.  We were very disappointed that our old system only lasted 10 yrs since we had a service agreement every year.  Hopefully this system will be with us for a long long time.

It went good although the technician who came out had to come back the next day because he forgot to re-connect something. They were very professional on the phone and the guy was very polite and professional, but he did make that one mistake.
