The guys arrived on Thursday morning and got right to work.  What we thought would take one day turned into two days which was the result of additional work that was discovered once the old units were removed. On each day, they worked continuously without a break until the job was complete.  Throughout the process, they were professional and courteous, and did not even complain about having to work around my dogs.
I have never seen a crew work so hard in some very trying conditions.  I am very impressed and pleased with the work.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were able to come by the same day and diagnose the issue quickly.  
The fan motor above the compressor was failing and would not turn easily. 
They had the parts on the truck and worked quickly and neatly. 
The repairman covered his shoes every time he came into the house and was very professional.  

My overall experience with them was good.  I like their attention to detail and their responsiveness.  They seemed to know what they were doing, and we were happy with them.

The representative arrived on time and was well prepared. His quote/bid process felt manipulative with a "good/better/best" tiered quote that seemed odd (did not offer a clear logic to the way the items were packaged) and clearly pointed to the most expensive option. The presentation was complex and made me feel uneasy. I lost confidence in his recommendations the more he spoke.

overall they did a very good job, the installation was excellent although pricey. The only downside was that they have never sent anyone out to fully explain how to operate and clean the system,other than that I am happy with this company and their electrician sub- contractor Ballfield Electric and would use them again if ever needed

They were very courteous. They gave us an estimate before the job was done. They definitely cost less. I really have no negatives on them. 

I couldn't be more pleased with this company's performance.  Technician David was extremely courteous and professional, explained everything so that I could understand it and even made me aware of the company's maintenance plan that would have saved me a chunk of money.  He was prompt in returning my call and arrived within the window of time he said he would be there.  I would definitely use this company again!

They were on time.  They did a great job.  They were kind of mixed up in the unit, but that was quickly corrected.  They sent their own inspector after the job was done.

Our new air conditioner works really well. They installed it in just about two or three hours. When they were done installing it, they explained what they did and how often to have it serviced. They even called our house to make sure we were happy once it got hot enough to use it.

We had many quotes for the job. No one was really any better or worse than the other. We chose this company because we liked their presentation. They were very friendly and they could also get it installed the very next day. They showed up actually a little earlier than expected. They worked very hard to have the new system installed fast. They double checked to make sure everything was working properly before they left.

I really like everyone who worked to put in our new air conditioner. They explained everything really well and were able to get the new air conditioner installed just two days after we bought it. Once they were at our house, it only took them two hours to install it. The air conditioner has worked amazingly well.

Everything worked out just fine with the new furnace. They were a really nice company to deal with I thought. They did a good clean up job when they were finished putting the unit in. They came back the next day to make some adjustments. We are totally happy with furnace and how it works.

The service provided by Blaze Air is excellent. They do all of our servicing for our heat and air. If we need a part they take care of it. They do all the routine maintenance and up-keep on the units. Their technicians are very knowledgeable.

Thank you for asking because everything is going just great. It has been a while, but everything is all still going pretty good I would say. The two men were very nice when they were here at my home. I do remember that they worked so hard. I had to offer them a bite to eat. I would definitely hire them again because you definitely do get your money's worth with this company. They do their best and do it right.

Our air conditioner and new furnace both work perfectly. Their employees did a fine job from start to finish. They arrived on time and discovered the air conditioning problem quickly. The installation of the new furnace also went smoothly and everything was left clean and working perfectly.

They came out on Sunday for 3 hours, at $120 per hour, so it was a little pricey. I have a contract with them because they are very good. I would recommend them.

They came out right away like they said. They answered all of my questions. They were worth the money because I was roasting! They say they can come out within 24 hours which is very convenient when your air conditioning stops working.
