As a commercial superintendent I would jump off a bridge if I had to work with Watson Electric again. They send service techs to do the job and are constantly pulling them off to go somewhere else. The work is never completed on the date promised . Causing delays of weeks. The response….. “we are a big company and have lots of customers” delays delays delays. If they actually sent enough qualified electricians and the supervisor didn’t spend half his time on the job sleeping in his truck they might actually get a project completed

The work progressed more slowly than expected as the staff was constantly pulled off my job to work on other jobs.  Overall the work was done well and professionally and the staff were pleasant to work with.  But ,at the end of the work county inspectors and the inspector for the propane company disagreed on the types of regulators required, and Watson came out 3 times to make changes.  I can't tell you for certain who was right, and apparently Watson had it right in the beginning.  However I was charged for the additional visits, which I believe should have been covered by the original estimate - the idea is to have the work completed end to end so that the propane conversion kit would work correctly.  It seems extremely petty to charge me for those visits after paying $9,185 for the entire job, but the owner of the company argues that they felt the job was done and that these were service calls.  If that means that you might be charged additionally to make the job you paid for actually be used then you should take that into consideration when hiring this company.

Called Watson early morning on the 16th, was connected to a technician who said he probably could not come until the next morning. I was disappointed, as my dryer would not operate and it was laundry day! Fast forward to that afternoon, about 2:30 pm, Chris called and said he was on the way! He was in and out within 20 minutes, problem fixed. Awesome job!

They dispatched an electrician within an hour of my call and he was at my house quickly. He called to say he was on the other side of town and approximately how long it would take. Once here, he quickly assessed the problem. Unfortunately it was an outside wiring problem that required the power company to come out but I would definitely call this company again for routine or emergency repairs.

Mr. Watson was very professional and honest. His prices were more than reasonable. He offered to waive the service fee if I continued to have issues with the upstairs circuit breaker.

I had a very good experience with Watson Electrical. They were prompt. They even checked up on us after they were completely done. I had one issue with a light and he just came right over and they figured out what the problem was and took care of it.

I had a separate wiring done to run it so that it would work more efficiently. They did an outstanding job. I used them twice. When my home was built they did all the electrical work.
