WFI was hired based on their professional responsiveness, something that post-Florence is far from a given in the Cape Fear region. Their proposal was fair and Tom and Angie could not have been easier to work with. The work was done on time and we are completely satisfied. Have already recommended them to two neighbors. Great folks.

I hired them to preform storm damage. They showed up on site and left without completing the job. I did call and the owner came back and completed the job. They also over charged for the work. I was quoted for 90' of gutter and the job was only 70' 3'. They refused to adjust the cost telling me that 10' of gutter was left in the machine. They charged me $80 for product I never received. They refused to give me a letter of completion for my insurance company until I paid the remainder of the job. Be very careful and make SURE you scrutinize the bill prior to paying, and make SURE you actually measure the job and don't take their word for the amount of product used or needed, and NEVER pay for product you don't receive.
