Our installers, Dylan P. And T.J were great. The whole process went very smooth and was beautiful when complete. I am very happy with my shower and will highly recommend West Shore Homes. From my salesman, Lane , to my installers the whole process went very easy and smooth.

The team that installed our new shower (Dylan P and T.J.) were fantastic. They were right on time the day of our install. They were courteous and reviewed the project before starting and reviewed the project once completed. Dylan and T.J kept the job site clean and left it clean when the job was complete. It truly took them one day to completely change our bathroom. Hats off to Dylan, T.J., and West Shore Home!

Our installers, chris p and chris b, were punctual, courteous, and hard working. We were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this job went from initial sales visit, (david king was fantastic, no pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable kinda guy) to punctual 8am arrival of chris p and chris b. We thought it would take two days to complete this project but they got it done in one. Built a new shower in new area, ripped out the old one from another, and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

Charles and Michael were true professionals. They worked for 2 days nonstop except for lunch. They were very polite and courteous When they finished they cleaned up everything vacuumed and wiped down. They were so proud of the work they did and we were also. Definitely will hire West Shore again.

Work was done as specified Installer showed up exactly on time. Work was completed in one day Our installer Corey Hemingway does excellent quality work very knowledgeable and skilled. Our new shower is beautiful. Corey along with his assistant Kevin where very personable, Work area was left clean and neat. Corey even explained how to properly clean and care for our new shower. Though they are pretty expensive the work is excellent I would highly recommend this company

Chris B and Chris were friendly, courteous and efficient. They had no problems allowing me to see the project anytime I wanted. Chris and I decided on the placement of the shelves so I would be happy and they would work for us. I am considering having West Shore Home do my other bathroom. .

Little on the expensive side

The work crew was fabulous. They were personable, professional and extremely proficient! Their work is beyond reproach. When they were finished, they left the job site clean. They were amazing.

Corey Hemingway and Earl Vereen did an outstanding job on a tub to shower conversion and replacing an existing shower in the master bath. They both did great work and I am glad they were sent to my house to complete these jobs. They were professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. They worked hard all day and when the job was complete, they cleaned up and left the area nice and clean. I would definitely recommend not only Corey and Earl, but West Shore Homes for anyone looking to get a bathroom makeover.

Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up.

They told me it would be done in a day and it was.

I had a garden tub removed and a regular tub with shower replace it. The workers kept the area clean while tearing the area down to the studs. They totally cleaned up before they left. They did an awesome job and I'm enjoying this area so much.

My bathtub area looks great. The work was done in less time than I expected. The only problem - they showed up earlier than I was told they would and I was still in my jammies!
