Ended up buying at Ashley furniture - quality was not as nice but almost half the price.

It went superbly. Everything was delivered exactly on time and carefully. We got a call the night before to tell us what time to expect them, and that's when they arrived. Delivery team was great. We wound up going for a different set- the couch and loveseat were fantastic both in quality and look, but crowded our small living room too much. So we went in and decided on a recliner instead. No problem- they exchanged the items and everything was done cheerfully and easily. Barbara and Cathy are the office people, and are just wonderful: professional, yet friendly and caring. The furniture is beautiful in craftsmenship, quality, appearance and comfort. I am so totally sold on this store that I won't buy anywhere else!
