 + -1 moreIt went superbly. Everything was delivered exactly on time and carefully. We got a call the night before to tell us what time to expect them, and that's when they arrived. Delivery team was great. We wound up going for a different set- the couch and loveseat were fantastic both in quality and look, but crowded our small living room too much. So we went in and decided on a recliner instead. No problem- they exchanged the items and everything was done cheerfully and easily. Barbara and Cathy are the office people, and are just wonderful: professional, yet friendly and caring. The furniture is beautiful in craftsmenship, quality, appearance and comfort. I am so totally sold on this store that I won't buy anywhere else!
Description of Work: Provided really helpful, but not intrusive, assistance and suggestions to us- when we initiated it, which is the way we like it- while we browsed. Chris is wonderful, and was so informative, not only about furniture, but also about other aspects of living here. We've just retired here from NYC, and really appreciated his knowledge and help. We originally purchased a couch, loveseat & ottoman, mattress, boxspring and dresser.
