Great service. A little pricier than another bid but his included a ten year parts and labor warranty.

One reason we used them is because I got their name off of Angie’s List. They are a dependable and reliable company that has good warranty. They did well. Their pricing is average. They are very conscientious and they’ll come over and talk to you and come to your home and sit with you and answer any questions you have. They explain things well. They are very good. They were authorized trained and that’s what we want.

We are very, very satisfied. they are very, very good people to work with. They are prompt. The gentlemen that come out are always polite and nice. If they have to come in the house to check the thermostat, they always wear those little covers on their shoes and I appreciate that. I really like them. I find a personal compassion with them. Their work is good and they are very reasonable. I believe they are 100% honest too. If I am here by myself, i would not worry about having one of them come out. I can't not say that about everything but they are just wonderful from the very beginning.

Mike, the salesman was on time, gave me three options, wasn’t pushy. The installers were on time, cleaned up after work themselves. Pleasant and finished one and half hour early.

The guy spent the whole afternoon telling me what was going to do. Gave me an estimate. They sell Trane ac and heat pumps, that’s all they sell. They send their guys to school; they like to continue education while you work for them. I was so impressed; I paid for half of it and scheduled it. I can’t start right away because I have water damaged that needs to be fixed.

The 1st & 2nd repairmen did not listen to me originally about specific problem. This caused a very long, drawn out "fix". The 3rd tech came, listened & fixed the problem quickly. All were very professional.

Appointments were kept on time, and installation began promptly within just a few days of the evaluation. All the crew worked well and were careful about keeping the house clean as they came and went. The only glitch was a funny one - apparently one of the crew left behind a cell phone with a "rooster crow" alarm that went off at about 5:30 AM. I heard it outside my bedroom window for a couple of days before I realized it was an electronic, not real, rooster. I called the service provider to give them a heads up that someone might be missing a cell phone, and I never heard it again.
Since the installation everything has gone extremely well. The unit they sold me is maintaining the temperature of my home evenly and consistently, even during the very cold temperatures we've experienced. I have not had to call on the service provider, but my experience leads me to believe they will respond quickly to any call for service or repair.

All of the representatives from O'Brien were professional, courteous and extremely responsive. We had a system installed by another contractor that was not installed correctly. O'Brien representatives came to our home and inspected the system and gave us recommendations on how to proceed. I felt they were very honest to work with and provided us with an excellent solution. They came to install at the time they said they would be here and cleaned up when they left. They provided us with instructions on how to work the new system. The service manager came the following day with all of the appropriate paperwork and to see how the installation was. They were all great to work with and we are extremely happy that we selected O'Brien and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or service on their existing equipment.
