 + -1 moreThe staff was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me in picking out what I wanted and completing the paperwork. As in the previous order, it seems to take a long time between the order placement and the delivery to the store. When I bought the futon I finally called the store after 10 days to see what the status of my order was and was told it had just arrived. I had a similar experience with the second order. However, everything in the order was correct when it arrived.
Description of Work: I had previously purchased a futon from this provider and went back to buy a cover and some other accessories.

 + -1 moreEverything was great. Items were delivered as scheduled, and the delivery men really toiled over assembling the futon and bed frames. They were EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: We needed a futon frame, so I found Fred's Beds online. Looked like they had a good selection, so we went there. Maurice Johnson was the greatest; he knew his stuff. He left us alone to browse and consider, yet he was right there if we had a question. He sold us a futon frame with drawers, and when we first went in, we stumbled on our dream bed frame (a pastel green), so we bought that from him, too. They have a superior selection of bed frames and mattresses as well as futons and frames. PS- If you're in the market for a bunk bed for youngsters, this is the place. Great selection.
