The staff was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me in picking out what I wanted and completing the paperwork. As in the previous order, it seems to take a long time between the order placement and the delivery to the store. When I bought the futon I finally called the store after 10 days to see what the status of my order was and was told it had just arrived. I had a similar experience with the second order. However, everything in the order was correct when it arrived.

Everything was great. Items were delivered as scheduled, and the delivery men really toiled over assembling the futon and bed frames. They were EXCELLENT.
