The crew of six knew their tasks and quickly got to work.  Their bucket truck and operator took out a couple of problem limbs that were overhanging structures and lowered the sections safely to the ground.  The ground crew was busy chipping the branches and the entire tree was down in less than an hour.  Their full complement of equipment allowed a seamless completion of the entire job in an hour and a half.  The truck and large branches were taken off the property, the stump was ground down, and the area swept to complete a good job.

I had a good experience. At the end of the day the result was what we wanted. They took care of all the cleanup. The price was really high.

This company puts the word "customer" back into the term "customer service".   They are very customer service oriented.  They arrived on time at 8 am with a crew of 7 or 8 men and we went over what was to be done.  They set about doing everything...and they did it all perfectly..   I could tell they were very experienced professionals.   They are insured, use all the right equipment for their line of work, and wanted me to always remain safe from any and all debris fall out.

My neighbor noticed what a good job they did and asked for their name.  In a small town like this, word of mouth between neighbors means a lot.  They finished by around 9:30-10:00 and there were NO "hidden fees". 

I have found my new tree company!  And I found them on Angies List.

The three trees weren't large but difficult to access. A crew of about 8 men arrived on schedule (only waited one week from estimate to execution) with 3 trucks and performed the work quickly and efficiently. all debris was hauled off and the area where they workdd was cleaned. Would definitely hire this company again.

They are excellent.  They are just very good.  They were pretty prompt and responsible.  It took them a day to finish the job.

Very professional.  Received a quote two weeks before the work was done.  Crew arrived on time on scheduled work day, work was done professionally-quickly and efficiently.  Everyone was polite and knowledgeable and the work area was properly cleaned up after the work was done--exactly what you expect from service providers these days but so seldom find in practice. The original quote and the final invoice were the same-no last-minute surprises.   I'd also say that the work done was excellent ?value for dollar.?

They were prompt returning my call and came right away for an estimate. They are busy, so I had to schedule the service a few weeks out. They came right when they said and did a great job. It was a large crew, so it only took about 3 hours to get it all done. They removed all the debris when they were finished. Very professional! I'd definitely use them again. And, they were the only tree company of three I called for an estimate that actually followed through on coming for an estimate.

Worked me into their schedule promptly. Chris and crew arrived promptly and went right at it. Trees taken down with no collateral damage, and, amazingly, nothing dropped in our neighbors yard. Stumps ground. Cleaned up yard, blew off driveway.... Pleasant crew.

Tree was up against neighbors side fence and my front fence. the crew pulled up with all the required equipment, removed all the limbs, cut the tree down in chunks without damaging either fences.
They showed up early, took about 1 hour to cut and remove the tree, additional 20 minutes to clean up - they even grabbed tree debris that was there before they started, pinecones too. They swept up all debris, almost as if they had never been there.
I asked them to leave the stump about table height, we wanted to keep it and convert it into a table. Well done.
My only negative experience was trying to get ahold of them to schedule the initial consult, and the wait to get the tree removed. It took a few calls to get a response, and 8 weeks to get the job done. Mentioned this to a co worker, and he said Fitness tree was the best price and had the highest quality service from his investigation, I concur. It was worth the wait.

They did a fantastic job. I have another schedule with them. They were very punctual and very reasonably priced for the magnitude of task they did. They did a wonderful cleanup and the place looked beautiful after they left.

These guys are awesome! Highly recommend for any tree service or purchasing palm trees.

Said that they would show up for a quote. Never did, didn't return calls. Very unprofessional.

A 6 man crew arrived before 8 a.m. ready to work. 3 of the trees were 75 feet high and one was about 60. They climbed the trees and cut them down in pieces, removed the branches and debris. Then they ground up the stumps, raked the yard and cleaned up any evidence that they were there. The whole process took less than 3 hours and was very professionally done. Excellent job!

It was very expensive. The total cost was outrageous.
