They were honestly just great....that's all I can say!! I had them do the counters for my kitchen, extra bath and master. They got creative with their measurements and fit all of the counters out of 2 slabs so I didn't have to pay for a third and have scraps. They also were challenged with getting an entire kitchen counter up 4 flights of stairs in my Downtown Raleigh condo and they literally made magic happen. I should have posted a long time ago but wanted to make sure I did.

We had our existing laminate counter tops and old sinks replaced in the kitchen, master bath, half bath and utility room by Natural Stone Design. James and his team did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish. With this being a remodel, they had several pre-existing hurdles to overcome, and had no issues dealing with them. From the initial contact, to quotation (which was a great price - beat 4 other quotes by a significant amount), design, template creation and finally installation, Natural Stone Design far exceeded my expectations, and they went above and beyond what I would consider their responsibility with handling various other smaller tasks that they could have simply said "That's not part of the job." . The counters actually fit better than the old counters did (specifically the bar area), and this is while having to fit them to an already existing back splash in two rooms. We cant be happier with the end result, and we cant recommend Natural Stone Design enough. They are top notch, and we appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship. They were fast and professional. The price was so much cheaper than someone else in Raliegh. They also did not add all those extras like taking away the old countertop, installing the sink, etc. The deep 10 inch was also a great price so consider buying it from them. Well worth calling them. They likely will beat anyone else you contact.
