Lawn Service
He took the money without finishing the work. I worked with him for a couple months and finally he said he wasn't going to refund. He is not licensed or insured, but he still has his add in the paper everyday. I generously gave him more ways than he earned. He came to cut the grass and I wanted the storm limbs picked up. He came in at 9, but they loitered.Hired to clean storm debris on entire property. The carried off only what was gather around the immediate yard perimeter. Beyond grassed area -no picking up-THEN took time to blow grass when I kept telling them to pick up beyond grass into shrubs and wooded areas.
