They acknowledged their mistake, and offered a refund of the delivery charges to make up for it. $11 is NOT enough to fix the ruined surprise I had planned for my wife's birthday. To quote the lady on the phone "I've been trying to look at the dates more often, but I guess I missed yours." I'm pretty sure the date is a big deal in the world of flower delivery, so that is not a small mistake to make.
I eventually received credit of my total order to be used in the future. Needless to say, outside of this credit, I will NEVER be using this florist again.
"I can not appologize enough, I only wish you had told us right away, rather than the world, we can not fix something if we do not know about it. We are local here in town and could of amended the problem had you spoke to me about your concerns and what your likes and dislikes are. We are happy to accommodate an individual once we know your style. All of this could have been avoided."
