Auto Service
After having the car towed to Waynesville Automotive, the car sat for six days. The computer was deemed inoperative. Waynesville Automotive estimated the cost of repair to be $920. I asked if I could purchase a rebuilt from a auto supply store and have Waynesville Automotive install. They said okay but would not guarantee the work because it wasn't their part. They charged me $225 for diagnostics and installation. I picked up the car went to pay for the car and asked why is there a 12 point service check up? I was told it is policy to write it on the invoice. I asked for the results of the 12 point service check up and Steve told me it wasn't done but it is on the invoice because they always put it on an invoice. Steve then got angry with me for being nit-picky. He then bad mouth me for calling 15 times asking for when the car would be ready. I called five times. I asked to speak with the service manager David Johnson but he was not in. I left my telephone number with the cashier. I was not called back. The car interior was not as I left it. There was a new scratch on the passenger seat leather. I got home and found the wiring to the water reservoir was not plugged in.

Not well. They called back the next day and gave us an estimate. It was over $600, so I asked it that would take care of everything. The answer was "yes". When we came in to get the car, we found out they had fixed the axle, but hadn't looked into why the engine light was on which meant the inspection hadn't been done either. They didn't really act like they cared when I said I had given the go ahead for the work because they had told me everything would be fixed. I was told that the mechanics must not have noticed that the work order had said check out the engine light. They couldn't do the work anyway because the car was a Honda and they didn't have the equipment to turn off the engine light on a Honda. We had to go to another car repair service to take care of the work.

They're very nice. They are friendly when I go in. If I don't want to wait, they take me home. They do a good job. They get me in quick.
