I contacted the company via the e-mail portal on Angie's list. I received a call the next morning from Mike and he was able to come out that very day. He was very polite and professional, not pushy at all. He listened to me regarding my issues with the gutter and downspouts and we discussed my options. My problem was that the 2 downspouts were completely clogged from top to bottom and buried underground. There was no reasonable way to clear them, so replacement was the only option. He felt that only one downspout was needed which would save on the cost and he recommended it be mounted on the side of the house for better drainage. This would be about $175. I specifically asked about the leaf guard as my backyard has huge trees.  Adding that brought the total to $415 but I know it will be worth it in the long run. They also have a 20 yr. warranty. I called Mr. King immediately to schedule and as it happened, the installers were in the area and were able to come that afternoon! Nick and his helper were great. They were very careful with the landscaping and exterior cables, etc. and answered all my questions. It was done in about an hour and looks fantastic. Thanks D&J for the great service!!

Mike came by Monday to review the job, gave us an estimate & the job was complete before noon on Tuesday. They brought a crew of 5 people.

They were prompt, on time, and did a good job.

These guys are good.  Very respectful, fast, and I could not beat the price.  Oh...and the gutters look and function great!

The two gutters were installed in a timely manner, but we still had the leak.  D & J came back and determined that an unseen problem with the roof above was causing the leak, so they came back, cut off the new gutter and installed an L-shaped piece of gutter which solved the problem at no extra charge.  We are very pleased with the result.

Mike came to our home within a couple of days after we contacted D&J for a quote.  He was very informative as to the product and service they would provide.  The professionalism far exceeded what we have seen from other service providers in the past.  The quote was put together while he was here and reviewed with us in detail.  After we accepted the quote, Mike let us know we would hear from Johnny as soon as they could determine a date they would be available for install.  Due to cancellation, we got a phone call that evening that they could come the very next day and do our gutters.
Mike and his crew showed up the next morning around 9 and were able to remove the existing gutters and hang the new gutters by early afternoon.  All the old gutters any debris was cleaned up perfectly.  They even blew off the patio before they left.  All of the crew were really nice and stayed focused on the job they were here to do.
My husband and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing new gutters, gutter repair or leaf guards.

Everything from Johnny providing a pricing quote to watching his crew was fantastic. Very nice to have a full English speaking crew that are extremely polite and conscientious of the work they are performing. Reminds me of expected service levels of the 70's/80's where customer service and experience actually meant something.  Workers wore shirt tails in and never smoked on my property.
I really don't want to continue to repeat what so many other reviews have already stated, but I will say that it is TRUE.
Simply Outstanding service and quality at a great price. Enough said!
One more thing, I had received 3 estimates from gutter companies and I asked a key question of each regarding the placement of the new gutter with respect to the drip edge. All 3 companies gave me different answers. D&J Seamless Gutters answered correctly, which really made me happy that I had made the right choice.

My first experience with an Angie's list contractor and it made me wonder why I waited so long to join. I was contacted by the contractor within 24 hours of my initial email through Angie's list. Can I tell you how unusual this is? So many times you cannot get a contractor to call you back. Scheduling this work was hampered by the wet weather we have had this fall. No fault to D&J. Then a family emergency caused me to lose the first quote Johnny King provided and in the meantime, I had changed the scope of services I wanted. Mr. King kindly came out a second time to give me a second quote. I did not get any other quotes because I felt that the service I would get from D&J would satisfy me and frankly, I was more interested in quality service than a cut rate price. Contractors have families to support and workers to pay and I prefer to patronize those who are fair to their workers and honest with me. I believe that if I have any issues with the work performed by D&J, they will make it right. Further, all 3 employees who came out to do this job were neatly dressed and pretty clean for guys who had been working outside all day. All were wearing sweatshirts with the company logo and appeared to be company employees rather than independent contractors. I didn't verify this but Mr. King told me that 2 of the 3 had been with his company 20 and 16 years respectively. They cleaned up after themselves and were able to speak English clearly--it's the only language I speak so this is important to me. Mr. King was not able to come to the jobsite in person due to a family emergency although he called me within an hour after his workers left. I will definitely go first to D&J for any future work I need done in their area of expertise and would recomment them unconditionally.

I can't say enough good things about Johnny and his crew.  If everyone did this kind of quality work, there wouldn't be any need for Angie's List.

Mr. King's company did a great job from quote to finishing the job.  The crew was polite and efficient.  I noticed that they took the time to clean some leaves off the roof while they were there.  Everything looks great and they left the job site clean.

We are extremely pleased and happy with the work performed by D&J Seamless Gutters.  Mr. King was sincerely interested in doing the best possible job for us,and making sure that the work was completed 100% to our satisfaction.  My wife provided a lot of supervision, and the boxers were only happy to accommodate her requests, even working with her to make sure ventilation paths were open through the attic insulation to assure proper operation of the ridge vents.
In the process of replacing the soffit and fascia on one side of the house, the boxers were able to resolve a major long-standing problem that previously had prevented gutters from being installed correctly on that side of the house.  The problem was fixed, a larger (6-inch) gutter with gutter guard was installed, and now the gutter works properly.
We couldn't be happier with the work and the results.  We would strongly recommend D&J Seamless Gutters to anyone needing similar work performed on their home.

Installers were very courteous and professional. The job was done quickly.  They explained what they were doing and did it.

We had a slight mis-communication on the length of the run off hose and the owner Mr King came out within 30minutes to correct the problem.  He wanted to be sure I was thrilled with their installation.   He went above and beyond.

This is one of the great service companies around.  If you need gutters, these are the people to call.  Someone came out promptly and gave an estimate.  I appreciated that they could do estimate without me being home.  The estimator called me follow up to see if I had questions (I did, and Mr. King followed up with me).
I decided to go with this company.  Their price was competitive and I felt good about the customer service and desire to please.
I asked if we could schedule them to take down gutters on one day, and come back after the painters were finished.  They were happy to do so. I appreciated them making two trips very much (I had fascia to be replaced).
Mr King came by for final inspection and noticed that my crawlspace vents needed guards and handled the work for that too.  As a single mom, I really appreciated the gesture!

It went good.  They are fully equipped with all the necessary ladders and equipment.   They collected all of the debris and used a blower to clean off all of the decks and sidewalks.  It took about 1.5 hrs or so to complete the job.  The guys were nice and friendly.

D&J responded the next day to my service request, gave me a quote within 24 hours, showed up exactly when they said they would, and did a great job.  The crew was friendly, high professional, and skilled.  A big thumbs up.

The provider just left a quote stuck in my front door.  No phone call, not contact.  I didn't even know the provider was coming over.  

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the team and the work that was performed.  A representative was on site within 24 hours of our inquiry and we were provided with a clear and concise written estimate.  The representative was very helpful and brought additional items to my attention that assisted me with my decision.  The work was performed within 48 hours of our decision to proceed with this firm.  The team that showed up was extremely professional and courteous.  They performed the work in a reasonable amount of time and were very unobtrusive.  Before they left, they checked in with me and provided me feedback on what they did and any other information I needed to know.  After they left, my wife and I walked around the house and we were pleased to see that there was absolutely no evidence of debris or work material whatsoever. 
I highly recommend this company for any gutter needs.
