Unlike some other companies where work is contracted, I will be personally involved in all aspects of your project from start to finish. We were very pleased with the project. Mr. Torres is conscientious, has great attention to detail, is tremendously knowledgeable in building codes and proper construction practices and takes pride in doing a project properly. He is also very creative in solving the difficult problems that arise when remodeling 20-30 year old houses. My wife and I were very satisfied with Mr. Torres? work and recommend him wholeheartedly.

The first was installing crown molding where I was impressed with his
talent and level of detail. After that I hired him on various projects
for houses I have renovated. Some of the projects he has done for me
were; building a deck, installing kitchen cabinets and counter tops,
installing doors, structural work - installing headers, framing load
bearing and non load bearing walls, he basically rebuilt a failing floor
system on the second story of one project. He always comes through for
me and does so in a professional and courteous manor. Luis understands
every aspect of construction and has the knowledge and confidence of
years of experience in the industry. I can not recommend him enough
and actually he is the only 'all in one' contractor that I have ever recommended to my friends.
