Called one evening, my call was returned a few minutes later. He called again the next morning to set up a date and time. He planed the very next day. He arrived on time and had the problem fixed in under an hour.
I plan to use him again this month to run two additional wires with outlets to my basement shop.
Excellent responce time and excellent work not to mention excellent prices.
Great job and I will use him anytime I need electric work in the future.

It went really well. It was a really good deal. He seemed like a good guy.

He and his helper were professional and congenial.  They were very prompt and competent.  Mr. Wolfe was helpful in answering questions about air conditioners and electrical efficiency.  All in all it was a pleasant experience.  I will definitely call them again.

A few days after Christmas, we had a house full of family from all over the country staying with us.  Being a modern family, we had 4 computers going, a couple of TV's, lights, appliances -- the power company love us.  Suddenly, in the middle of the morning, most of the power upstairs went out!  Some rooms had lights, but others didn't.  Random rooms downstairs had wall sockets working, but no lights.I called Mark Wolfe and he arrived within 2 hours!  His truck was clearly marked and he and his helper was uniformed with the company name and logo.  After surveying what worked and what didn't, they determined that old wiring in a wall plug must be the culprit.  Mark is expert in the problems of very old homes - ours is over 100 years old.They finally found the bad wall socket, fixed it, reset all the circuit breakers and wished us a happy holiday.  Total time here: 2 hours.

This man recognizes desperation and despair in a person's voice and responds ASAP!  I had been without an oven for 6 weeks while fighting over a replacement with my home warranty company.  Upon delivery of the new appliance it was discovered that the wiring would have to be altered by an electrician.
Mr. Wolfe was the only electrician to even return my calls (out of 5 attempted).  Although he initially said he could not work me in for 3 business days, after hearing my story, adjusted his schedule and came out the very next afternoon.
He arrived exactly on time in a business truck with a knowledgeable and uniformed helper/apprentice.  He had all the tools and hardware required for the job which was accomplished in about 30 minutes.
After the wiring and installation was complete he took the time to discuss other electrical issues with me and my husband.  We will definitely have him back to do more work within the next few months.
